After sales of motorola is not upto the mark. For the first time in 20 years Ive had issue with the charging adapter (after a month of buying) which shows the quality of the material used to make it. Motorola≠Reliable.

There was issue with my power button. they charged 1900 to repair but after 2 months same issue again started .

This Service centre is for motorola phones only, not for any other motorola products.

These peoples are like robber. My moto M phone had repairing done and next day same problem happened. I told her then he said come and repair again.Some asesories was changed and charge to three time of market price.

Shameful. These people are there to loot you. Took advance from me to check my defective tab. And 10 seconds later they say it cannot be repaired. My hard earned money gone. I dont know how Lenovo will prosper.......

Never ever going to purchase the moto phone. Visited the service center and they repaired the microphone but destroyed one fourth screen saying it is my fault to buy a Motorola phone in first place and bringing them there. And the person at the service center were way too rude like I have purchased the phone for free. Now the bottom one fourth screen not working and now I am forced to purchase a new phone. And even purchased a headphone and it broke in 5 months. Never ever a Motorola.

Hopeless service.. Asking 10000 Rs for repair of 6500 Rs phone. Took my phone for many days and still not able to diagnose the issue.. Avoid at all costs

Till now i have balanced opinion as i have just given my phone for repair. I will be in better position to write review only after i get my phone back.Update: They checked my phone and charges Rs 180 for checking. Then they told motherboard has gone. They told that motherboard price is equal to phones office. That Rs 180 went in drain. I then checked on Google. A lot of people who have or had Lenovo Plus mobile got this motherboard problem due to which they had to throw their mobiles away. So I suggest everyone to ignore Lenovo phones in future as they may have manufacturing defects. I usually use my phone for minimum 4-5 years but this time I had to buy a new phone in just 2 years. I will never buy any Lenovo product in future. I now even doubt Motorola products about their quality. I will be wary of buying Motorola products too from now. It was a horrible experience with my first and last Lenovo smartphone. I will not suggest anyone Lenovo phone.

Staff is unsupportive .special they think customer have all the day for him.customer have to wait while identifing the issue.you cannot leave your phone and have to wait. When you try to know the reason they start arguing.
