I booked car interior dry cleaning from GoMechanic and this workshop was assigned. They came for car pick up and told me charges will be 1.5 times higher as car is more dirty. Hilarious!!I wish they also offered extra discounts for car being less dirty and they defined in their menu the parameters for less or more dirty cars.Of course I denied paying extra charges than listed with GoMechanic and the services were denied. GoMechanic did nothing to help or resolve or put another vendor in charge. Overall, extremely unreliable and not recommended.GoMechanic Reliability - 0/5HariOm Auto Vendor - 0/5

Hello All - I am posting this review after my visit today .1) I am Mechanical Engineer by profession .2)I searched car service online and it showed Go Mechanic service centre near to me .3)Considering Go mechanic hype in advertisements , I decided to visit their branch .4)After going there , I came to know that Go mechanic has done tie up with these local shops . It does not has its own centres .5) They did not had experienced labour there .The labour had only 3-5 years experience .6) I told them about issues with my car - Gear shifting prob , AC cooling issue .Being an engineer , I tried to discuss the issues in detail, which portion has exact issue and asked them the estimate .7) None of them could diagnose the root cause and mis guided me about the actual case .8) I would recommend all to find any experienced mechanic .Many good mechanic are available in old gurgaon .9) Go mechanic is only a medium to connect these local shops .10) These local mechanic connected via Go mechanic then exploits naive customers financially and befool them about the actual issues .

Its location was the worst and the quality was good and the workshop was like a chamber of heat and all of it was messed up. The service advisor took my car and checked all things and repaired it and gave me back. So in that he never cheated. So good go mechanic.

I was looking to get my car (Fiat Linea) repainted and had a lot of questions and doubts in mind. This place came in as an rescue, they explained the whole bit to me, were not at all pushy and listened to what i wanted. The price quoted was very fair and i gave my car to them. I am absolutely stunned with the work they have pulled off. Fantastic work done. Special thanks to himmat Ji and rajesh ji for pulling it off. Would recomment 10/10.

If you want to save some money on car service, its worth a visit.However their is a Catch I would not recommend to leave your car here without supervision.I sent my car for regular service and brake pad change.When car left the center its noise was different ,after running it for 15 days I was certain their is something wrong with engine.I visited again and they claimed its cataytic converter has gone bad( no engine light).Googled some blogs and came to know its service centers favourite part as it cost huge some where between 35-50k for VW and Skoda cars and you cannot prove its gone until your observation about car noise is excellent as it doesnt impact engine performance its part of exhaust system.Points to remember1. They will use oil from 1000L big drum and notregular 3.5 L or 5.0L bottle so always verify the oil quality before its get into your car.2. If you can spend a day with your car here, you will be assured and also save a lot of money as compared to authorise service centers.

I tried this service center and checked the quality of work. They just change the oil and wash your car without vacuuming even when i choose to go for Comprehensive service.Always visit authorized service center.

Got my car serviced:This service center doesnt event have car lifts for repair, they use roadside repair shop methods to repair the car.They give estimate sheet as bill. They just put the plain water for windscreen wash.They use open oil from big drum, you never know the authonticity, looks like I need to get my car serviced again after just 3 weeksGuys, try to push non genenue , local parts to your car. Infact they dont even have parts I saw few people waiting n frustrated as well. I will never recommend this service center. Futher for local spare part they charged more than Maruti mga part cost, how these guys can be trusted at all ?They dont have skilled labour.This shows how gomachenic verifies service center on ground, they are no different then ola or uber where you can get listed for some money.Think 10 times before you go to this place. No roadside test was taken by them even after service. You need to push n ask for the cleaning and service checks, there is no one there to checkAvoid avoid avoid.

Worst service. They take more than 2 months to repair my car. The quantity of work is 3rd class. Even dont check the vehicle before delivery to the customer. Brakes of my car not working , they dont care about any persons life.Dont deserve even 1 star.

Highly un professional workshop.. This was the first and last time I have availed services through Go mechanic and this workshop.. They dont have to time to genuinely do the car service, even they are not bothered to inform to customer if anything needs to be replaced...

Good service center, cost wise not much of difference. Charges similar to Authorized service station, slightly cheaper. USP is you can see ur car getting serviced. There was confusion in billing n I ended up paying more, also I was told difference in engine oil at Rs400 but it was at per liter, who quotes price at per liter? You quote the whole difference, though the oil Mobil1 0 w 40 is best in business so I dont mind. Again the cost of oil is same as that at service station. Overall a better experience than authorized service station

I have a Volkswagen Polo. This is the first time I went to a non-Volkswagen service centre. The experience was great. Non-only did Himmat(the manager) explain details of servicing, he also went out of his way to fix a tail light circuit. Any other place, they wouldve asked for complete replacement. The overall cost was much lesser and the post service quality feels great.

It was a pleasant experience bringing my BMW f10 2012 to this shop for some brake pads, regular servicing and some minor paint job. In particular, I would like to mention the name of the manager, Mr. Himmat Yadav, who was of great help and guided the repairs in the right direction. Overall I would highly recommend visiting their workshop for all your luxury car repairs. And if your worried about the damage to your pocket, stay calm its not gonna burn a hole in your pocket.

I have a Skoda Rapid and have not been satisfied with the service centre experience till date. The bill value is always high, and nagging issues keep cropping up. Driving experience post service is never a better one. Hence, thought I would try an external option this time. Traced Hari Om Automobiles thru the GoMechanic site, read the reviews and thought they seemed like a sincere option for me. And esp so as I am extremely passionate about my cars, and hence a very fussy customer.Took a drive across to see the workshop and met Mr Himmat, the Service Mgr. Both were very impressive. For one, they had all the equipment I needed to see for my comfort. Secondly, they checked the car thoroughly in my presence and spoke credibly and knowledgeably. But most importantly, because of the level of sincerity and passion they demonstrated !!! They definitely were not out to inflate my bill by needlessly raising ghosts about issues which did not exist.Got my car back and am absolutely delighted !!! The experience is much more than I could have wished for ... and theyve sorted out other small issues without even billing me for it. Theyve also volunteered to come over home any time, free of cost, to check my car, if needed, so that the life of the car and the experience does not get compromised. 20 days Post the servicing my car just broke down. It did not start. As it was under 1 month warranty post service i contacted gomechanic. But inspite of repeated calls they just didnt turn up niether they called back.Not a professional behavior.

I was not expecting a so so service but when I recieved my car after servicing all the issues were resolved right from electronics fixing to dent paint. They greet the people when take the car for service then after service they behave like stranger. They dont even talk to you properly. The guy ashraf was so rude and ignorant. They dind not know how to serive KUV100 still took the car for service. And now i am facing the problems.

Amazed with the lovely experience at half cost of service centre. Himmat is owner of the garage and had lot of knowledge about the cars. The workshop is big enough to hold 15-20 cars. They have dedicated paint room for only denting and painting work. Bith himkat and ashraf are helpful person to guide you rightly on the issues of the car. Extremely poor service, not recommended at all. The main issue was car heating problem, along with that they monitored and advised some other repairs in the car and made a bill of 18k but still heating issue doesnt got fixed by them and I need to revisit them 2-3 times within a month. At the end I need to get repair from other workshop.
