The mechanics here (including their so-called chief mechanic) do not know what they do. The advisor has no knowledge of cars at all, he is there just like any other labors(No knowledge on cars). My car had issue related to ignition, they just kept diagnosing and changing/cleaning parts and charged me for all the things and still the issue persisted.The final conclusion was since the car was old, it got the issues which are difficult to fix and then finally came a bid to sell it at low value to one of their staff.

Yesterday I had got my car services from these people. Total of 20,000 was spent on service , clutch, shockers etc. Car was delivered at 8 in night and upon checking it was found that car was not starting in self mode. Driver told me that this is because the car batteries are dead and I need to replace it. These people do not have tools to check the battery health when it is with them for more than 8 hrs and was sent for complete service. It was working perfectly fine when it was picked up from my residence for service.You will get any assistance only after 10:00 A.M. no matter what may happen no one will pick up you call before that. Even ESCLATION TEAM works after 10:00 A.M . There is no contact number ( No number no Disturbance) only chat bot.So if you do not have any emergency or have office timings after 12:00 P.M. Go Mechanic might be for you.I will not recommend it to any one

Workshop is small, takes about 5-6 cars at a time, but Mechanics were good. Knew their job well. They get cleaning and wheel job outsourced to neighbours. Value for money 👍

Good experience with GoMechanic. Engine oil.. Oil filter.. Air filter.. N all required stuff for standard service for my lovely car was pretty much done in about 2 hours I reached there at 1.. And got free at 6.. Yeah. 5 hours.. However good number of cars in queue for washing n dry cleaning... It took almost 3.5 hours to get washing n dusting with pressurized air n cleaning n all... I blv its a vendor for GoMechanic who is also entertaining walkin for car n two wheeler washing.. All I can say all guys were continuously working for 3.5 hours.. Car after car after car.. N of course bikesssssss in between.. Finally, last 30 to 40 minutes back at AutoZone.. Final touch up n payment.. 6k.. With breakpads change.. At washing Center I was feeling proud coz 2010 modal was looking ausm with cars around 2012...2014.. 2018 as well with lots of dents n leave it.. M. Happy with my car n yeah with GoMechanic as well.. Keep up the good work..

Good. But reception and visitors sitting place needs upgrade. There was no attendant. If you have spend 2-3 hours you must have better facilities.

The place is ok for small mass market brands (Maruti, Hyundai etc.). Has pretty good facilities such as multiple lifts for adequate job.They have absolutely minimal knowledge for slightly premium brands such as VW, Skoda etc.Cannot rely on them for adequate diagnosis or genuine parts for even the most basic parts such as air filter or oil filter for the semi-premium brands.

Ok for small works & check-up. Setup in a very corner place with limited space. Could have been organised better as people like going to go mechanic for genuine work & prices. Much room for improvement.

I m very pleased with gomechanic autozone sector49 service. Sanju helped me with all the process

I visited AutoZone workshop at jharsa Gurgaon for my Fiat punto HR26 BS0714 on 19th Sep 2019 and I had very bad experience at AutoZone.Firstly the car was not delivered on time, the committed date of delivery changed from the same day @ 8PM to next day @ 4 PM. I finally received car @ 5:30 PMMy coolant bottle had leakage and i was informed that replacing the bottle will cost me Rs 8500. They made a make shift arrangement to arrest the leakage with m-seal, which obviously didnt work. My whole coolant was drained out due to leakage. Now at Adya automobile I got the same coolant bottle@ Rs 1995. The owner of Adya automobile was kind enough not to charge me with coolant.I was charged Rs 800 for LH axel boot which still didnt solve the continuous sound coming out of it.Finally I visited Adya automobile and I was informed that the final solution was to get the whole axel repair done.
