I put my car for service in the claim benefit. Initially, I was told that I will get my car in 6-7 working days. Then after calling on 6th days, They responded that sir, surveyor surveyed the car yesterday only so it will take 3,4 more days. I followed up again after 4th day and they were like, Sir, Few items are not done. Please come to our workshop and check once. I went there and then found that bumper was neither changed nor painted. Then advisor asked for another 4 days. And now calling again, They are still saying sir, it will take 2 more days. Their service is really pathetic. I will definitely not recommend this workshop.

Ive been getting my car serviced here for last 2 years. It is a compulsion for me to visit a Honda authorised workshop as my car is in warranty and this workshop is closest to my home. Given a choice I would never visit this place for following reasons1. The infra setup is huge but they do not have adequate staff.2. The team is very unreliable and non responsive. For a simple service I had to leave my car for 4 days and when the car was received it was dirty. The tyres had multiple punctures and the fuel tank was dry. On reporting the matter general manager did not bother to speak, service manager was very casual.So, look for a better service place else avoid buying a Honda car

Synopsis:I sent my car for its first paid service and the car was returned to me damaged in two places, which the Service Center continually denied and after much deliberation only one area was haggled into being fixed. The manager continues duck emails and phone calls on the remaining issue.Very unprofessional for an Organization like Honda. Please check your car thoroughly before sending it here.Long:The pick up personnel was late by four hours on two consecutive days, when I had clearly specified a pick up time, keeping office in mind. The first day had to be rescheduled and for the second day a family member had to be called in from work to give the keys.At the time of any service the personnel picking up the vehicle takes an inventory of the car( an assessment of existing dents, scratches, condition etc.) and marks it on a piece of paper handed to the customer. The personnel also briefs the customer of the same, showing the car condition.this particular gentleman , just drew swiggly lines all across the paper diagram, without doing due diligence and did not giving any briefing( to which he lied when i cross questioned him later).This I learnt is how these folks usually operateBeing so late in pick up, the delivery was delayed by a day , despite promises from the team of same day delivery, according to which i had planned the next dayThe car upon return was damaged on the front bumper and scratched on the side panel. It also had an issue with noise coming from the air conditioning. The third problem was stains from chemicals used while washing the car.With so many issues I visited the center myself. The manager continually denied the damages from their end. They failed to show inventory pictures of the vehicle before beginning the service( another standard practice in any service center). They said they would only acknowledge the damage on obtaining the images from their server. A week has past with continuous emails and phones to them. I am still awaiting a revert.Extremely disappointing

Had sent car all the way from golf course road to subhash chowk after confirming on call. Post reaching the workshop, the person mentioned that they want be able to service it today as lot of cars are already there for service. They should have conveyed the same on call.

Worst work shop. They released my car after incomplete rapair. And they asked me 8000Rs for further repair work. But this further rapair work also has not been arranged by this work shop, I took all impact and inconvenience. After all, my car was repaired by other work shop.

Very bad experience. I have HONDA CITY 5th GEN. In my first service they have added INTERNAL PANEL ANTIRUST TREATMENT which costs 2750₹ without my permission. In second service my car was picked at 4813 kms meter reading and when it reached to service center they have noted it as 4837 kms while the distance between my pickup location and service center is just 5 kms. They run it for more than 20 km to fulfil their personal interest.

Worst ever Honda service centre I have visited ever. Even after requesting repeatedly they took 3 hrs to accomplish formalities for a 10 minutes troubleshooting. Hell with this procedure.

Bizzare that Honda have such unprofessional service center.Submitted car for body shop and servicing. They took 11 days than commited 7 days. Upon delivery found that they forgot to service car and damaged cars Android audio system installed not from Honda.Woudnt recommend this service center.Found reason why other service centre in city have comparatively long queues.

They will call you nonstop to follow up on services due and book and confirm immediately....here the service ends...After this they are inefficient with no discipline1) Ms. Sonu disappears for any follow and stops taking your calls.2) You have to deal with multiple persons who have no information on jobs to be done on the car as internal communication is missing3) only persons who are disciplined and can communicate are kamran and vinod4) for pick up and drop free service the poor drivers keep calling you for address details as this is not shared with them on their job cards.I have been using this place for Last 5yrs but there is no customer recognition or any loyalty service.Inefficient and clueless team ...Think again before using them.

This is the nearest Honda car service center to Golf Course Extension residents (the one in Wajirabad village is permanently closed now).Overall experience at this place was not satisfactory. There were long wait times to get a job card created. They kept my car for the whole day even though I had went there for minor checkups (visited around 11:50 am, got sequence 33) and not servicing. End of the day, they just charged for diagnostics and suggested to replace every part instead of repairing any of the them. This is a major problem in the attitude of Honda service centers. They try to meet their sales targets of spare parts by not guiding the customers of alternatives. Last time I visited for a stuck power window, I was asked to replace the whole window setup (for 12k). And a good workshop that I was recommended by my colleagues did the repair work for just Rs. 300.Would suggest the management to review this aspect and come up with better customer service approach.Apart from the soft skills, the infrastructure part was great, place was wellmaintained and customers were asked for tea, coffee and water. They also have customer lounges for waiting. I however coukd not abail free drop back to home as they mentioned their driver was not available. Nevertheless, the facility does exist.Overall, there is a lot of scope to improve, not in the infrastructure side, but particularly from a customer orientation perspective.

I wish I could give a negative rating! I have been giving my Honda city car for servicing to them. They want payment to be cleared before the car is handed over to them. When we asked them to take payment on delivery of car they simply refused and if you are not able to do online transaction, they say we can’t help u! Office is closed at 6 pm now. We can’t help you ! Try again tomorrow! How can the be so irresponsible! There is no one who can responsibly handle this issue. They kept on passing the buck to each other. They didn’t even inform that workshop will close at 6 pm otherwise we could have gone and picked our car. We even gave the option of card payment at deliver or cash payment. This is not expected from Honda brand! Never going to use there services again.

The most unprofessional service center I have seen. And even more unprofessional and reckless guy is Mr.Rajesh, one of the service advisors.They didnt inform us at first that payment is required even before car delivery and then got admant in the evening that pay first and then only car will be delivered. I talked to the crm Roshani and she was like she has a recording of the conversation where the guy told that payment will be taken first. And I am waiting for the recording still which I immediately asked her to send.Anyways, the car got delivered and the front panel with the charging ports etc was not in alignment. Sadly, I called Rajesh again and all he had to say was it is like this only. YOU GO AND CHECK ANOTHER CAR.All he had to say was get the car tomorrow and he would get it checked but he couldnt do even this.It is seriously sad to have such an experience at a service center where we are relying on them to just deliver the car properly in a better condition if possible.But the opposite happened. And this wasnt the first time, last time at this place an year ago, the car was delivered with scratches. It was again under Rajeshs guidance.I would seriously request anyone at Honda reading this, that please we really rely on you people with our asset of lacs, please dont just hand it to such incapable people who cant even own up to their mistakes and then say that 90prcnt sahi thi car toh its okay. Dude, we paid 100prcent of the sevice changes.If 90prcent was okay, i would have paid 90prcent only.For all the people sending their valuable cars at this good for nothing service station, please do not atleast give your cars under Mr.Rajesh.

Pay attention to the finer points. They are good... But like most other places, the work is just done by the skin of their teeth. Its just a check on a list... You wont see heart and soul put in to your car.But you wont see it done bad either. Make sure you make them write down everything you want. The agent I met skimmed over my no wax on the dashboard request and I ended up with a glossy sheen which was greasy to the touch for a day. Not too bad, I agree, but I couldve done without it.The service was good,but couldve been better. I expect them to go above and beyond the call of duty... Something that clearly wont happen anywhere.All in all, cant complain. Do I wish they were better? Yes! Do I know how that can happen? No!
