Good and geniune Chevrolet service center

All they want is your money. Never let you car serviced unattended.Since Chevrolet has shut down its business, these people want to make the best out of it as they know people have nowhere else to go.Always tell your service advisor to not to do anything without your approval.They will get petty things like caliper greasing without your approval and then will charge you like 450 for it.

Very poor service quality. More sales pitch than real service provided. After service car is not checked properly for lingering issues. Worst these guys swap parts without informing demolishing the trust one has to put on service centers when servicing cars

Still operational after the parent company has shut its sales in India.. have been servicing my Spark for nearly 4 years now. Nothing to complain about

Unethical practices, shoddy workmanship to outright lying, they will do anything to dupe you . I suspect they incentivise the service staff to create overbillings. From putting in used parts to outright lying, have suffered long for making the wrong decision to buy a Chevrolet Beat from them.

Amenities avail here but, no one can maintaining and listening properly. Specially waiting area

Pathetic services at more than double of the normal prices. Never trust them with service of your car. Current owner seem to be money minded, he is not at all concerned with service quality, all he wants is to put a big bill even for the things which has not been applied during the services. Still if you plan to go there for servicing of your car, ready to get a pathetic / incomplete service at 2.5 times cost which cheverlot recommend for its vehicles.

The worst service centre I have seen till date, the customer service is zero and once they have initial verify your vehicle they treat you as a unknown person and the mechanics are not experienced and the service executive dont have any technical idea. This service centre is not providing any drop or pick up facility this is really very strange. My suggestion is never go to this service centre. One more thing dont left any item in your car because all the person deal your car will search the car for valuable things fast. Dont deal with the Manager they are dump and no idea about how to treat customer.

Horrible cars. Miserable staff,I have a 4.5 years old Optra, horrible performance, you need to spend 20-30,000 Rs every other month on maintenance of the vehicle. The staff of Aravali is incompetent, ignorant and ensures you pay more than the service. And there is no opportunity for grevience. Sad...If there were a 0 star I would have rated it so.

Poor after sale service of Aravali Auto, Plot No. 66, IDC, Mehrauli Road, Sector – 14, GurgaonThis is to share my experience with after sale service of Aravali Auto, Gurgaon with an advice to fellow customers not to do business with this establishment and to CHEVROLET, India that they are bringing bad name to your good products, effecting your business in the long run.I purchased a SAIL hatchback from Aravali Auto, Mehrauli Road, Sector – 14, Gurgaon in September 2015 with CHEVROLET PROMISE Scheme, also providing free Pick-up & drop service for lady customers. This is because we both are senior citizens. They provided this service once, and refused to honor the agreement saying that it was between CHEVROLET and customer and not between Aravali Auto and the customer. This is despite the fact that all the paper work and deal on this account was done by them. Otherwise also I discover that their employees and management is highly unprofessional and not worth the business, just because of CHEVROLET, which came to my rescue by getting the service honored with another CHEVROLET dealer.MEENA SINGH

I have been highly disappointed by this service station. There were unable to diagnose the problem for 20 days. After leaving my car( Beat Petrol) for the third time, they say that the gasket has blown off and we need to pay arpund INR 75000 to get it fixed. They have stolen my USB and taken off my car radio antena.

Worst service center I have visited ever. Mechanics are so inexperienced..couldnt find out the problem since 4-Days...Surprised to see very bad response from their Manager...My personal advice dont go to this service center..If you find out a service center in Delhi..You should go there.

After sales service is pathetic...Dont even consider it once...better to go to another showroom....even after 3 visits they cant solve a very small problem then I should say you dont deserve even a single star in rating...

Chor company.. they change parts without your knowledge and those parts only last for few months, which then would require you to pay to replace them.

Very bad . they are waiting for extort money , charging 8500 from me for an insurance claim, same insurance claim was done in an equally good service station for 2500 rs

Recently Very Bad experience .... I was always going to it as i do not know any other Chvy Service Center in Gurgon... But probably no more !!
