DO READ THIS BEFORE TAKING ANY OF THEIR SERVICE.I gave my car KUV100 for rear bumper replacement, under Advisor Named ROHIT PANDEY. And I was given a commitment of 2 days.Actual story now starts. On 2nd day I was told that surveyor is not responding, to which I called surveyor and was told by him that fixcraft is not able to provide him proper report of car. So I personally coordinated it and got it approved by surveyor. Then after that every single day I used to call and what I was told was just a lie. Every day I was told youll get the car today and same didnt happen. And speaking to this Rohit Pandey was a task, because I have never experienced such rude behaviour till date by any service center.Finally I was given my car and story continues on inspection I found a missing reflector. I asked about it then again a false commitment that Ill be done in 2 days. Its been 1and a half month and my car still doesnt have rear reflector.I have even got my windshield replaced by them and a surprise again in first rain I saw water dripping inside my car.So I dont understand how people are rating them, because I have taken their service thrice and none of my experiences went well.Initially I was avoiding to write this review but water is above head and things are to be brought in notice of others taking their service.Poor paint jobIncomplete workNo time commitmentRude staff atleast one I encountered (ROHIT PANDEY)

I made a mistake giving my car for repair to FixCraft. I was assured to get the insurance claim and car repair done in 5 to 7 days at the max, whereas I received my in 26 days from 09.09.21 to 05.10.21. My advisor Naseem never updated me about the repair, but I had to make calls to Vansh Aneja, Nasim, Satvinder and lately to Varun.I felt the advisors very letahrgic towards getting the insurance claim from surveyor, they simply sent a mail to insurance company and waited for the surveyor to come and inspect. nobody bothered to follow and get the work done, moreover i had to request the surveyor personally for survey of my car thus the survey got delayed by some 15 days.i wanted some other repair work done for which was not covered under insurance, but nobody showed any interest and finally i got my car without any repair work done.I found the services of this Garage Patrhetic and i dont recommond any body to use this service as nobody takes any responsibility personally.

Work was good but delivery was not on time

Disappointing service commitment, Daily changing supervisor, you have to follow-up for status update every time. No accountability on commitments, always fail to deliver on time. I have worst experience for 3 times and all time its delay nd delay only.Gave my car on March 30 first delivery on April 29 then sent for rework on same day. Until May 13 no delivery, hence i have to visit in person to collect my car from workshop. Similar happening this time as well ( gave car on their request for rework on Jul 6 till now its with them). First of all my apologies for giving 1Star to Fixcraft, however there is no option to give 0 starThey took 12 days to return my car after promising 4-5days initially and charging 40% higher than initial quote.To my surprise they did not even bother to attend to machical problems in my car which are still the same.If you have lot of extra money and time you may use Fixcraft for denting and painting job

Best garage with quality sevices and teasonable prices. The staff is very soft spoken and helpful especially Mr. Shubham (The guy deserves a raise). The use original parts for replacement so no worries there 😜. Renault gave me quote of ₹12,000 whereas from here i got my card repaired in just ₹7,000 that too with replacing the damaged parts with genuine renault parts. The driver was very fuel economical and polite (faced no issue regrading pick and drop). If i have to nit pick, the only thing that bugged me a little was that my car was delivered 6 hours late then the promised time

Mr. Sharad Arora, the owner, patiently explained the process and his workshop did a good job of matching the paint with the existing panels. Very satisfied with the workmanship, attitude and quality. Highly unprofessional service from Mr. Sharad and Varun who seems to be very nice when it comes to luring the customer in their workshop and then the game begins.Starting with their low quality paint job which will fade away in a month or two. They will do false promises on delivery timelines initially and you wont get your car on time and when they deliver you the car you will find many issue like few damages here and there in my case it was weather strip on left doors. The fittings on the headlights were not propotionate and it is inconsistent. The dampening material from the left side door is missing and paint faded away in 2 months...so all in all after spendiing 30K , this is what I got.They will say they provide that there is a two years paint warranty, and they use bla bla machine and 7 coats and what not, which wont even last for two months.The bill that they will provide says one year warranty which is another verbal fraud they are doing to lure customers in.The best part is they are not fixing it , inspite of telling them multiple times but now I am not even interested in getting the issues fixed as I do not want to waste my time and energy.I am going to file the case with all the details and their invoice which had a one year paint warranty and will get my money back. They cannot dupe customers hard earned money on the name of so called branded workshop but their work is not even comparable to roadside shop.Please refrain yourselves from this workshop for your peace of mind and look elsewhere, after all it is your hard earned money and you have all the rights to spend it judiciously.
