Last night we had visited the store and got fully satisfied by staff and experience was just lots of knowledgeable so I had decided to buy 4 products from there store like oven,microwave,built in hob and one island chimney for my house.

0 stars - Horrible experience with the staff at this center. Did not show any interest in explaining the products even after asking many times. The staff was very rude and indicated that only customers who wish to make a purchase should enter the store, else their time is wasted. Reflects very poorly on Kaff as a brand.

Recently visited KAFF SS Plaza showroom, staff was very helpful, happy to purchase a KAFF dishwasher from them.

We have a Kaff Chimney, which has given us very good service over the yearsRecently it stopped working. I had a bit of trouble finding their customer care but finally the Engr turned up and advised that there is trouble in the PCB. He took it for repairs and bought it back fast. The Chimney is working now.Our Chimney was initially imported by Kaff, so no spare parts are available. Sad. I have another comment - The Service Engr collects the charges in cash but issues no receipt. Once the call is closed, the charges are mentioned in the SMS. I suggest they should change it and let the customer know upfront via the SMS when a call is recorded. Also their site should list a few of the common charges, like the service charge etc.I believe that upfront openness by large corporates is always a good business deal.

Third class product I am writing this review after 2 years of usage . Their product demand very high maintainance even chimney filter demand replacement in every 6 months with cost about 1200 to 1500 and home visiting charges for regular visit of their person is also 350 . Sales outlet will not tell you all these important parts. Don’t fall for the looks . Hobs burner it self got burnet in 2 years . Replacement cost is 1000 for 1 and their spare is also not available in local market you are forced to buy from them the replacement at high price plus visiting charge. Not recommended at all.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POOR SERVICE Ordered Kaff kitchen accessories on 02.12.2020 by paying 100% advance at their store in Kotla, New Delhi. Was promised delivery of all items in 2-3 days.Only 40% items delivered as promised. Another 30% after 10 days.On opening the package, the Bottle Pull out unit had a broken clip. Brought to the notice of the executive at store, Mr Zayed.Have followed up regarding delay in delivery at the store with Mr Zayed and Mr Kunal. Have complained on the customer care number and email, but not even an acknowledgment of the mail.

Never Purchase Kaff Product onlineWorst experience with Kaff IndiaI placed prepaid order on 16th of October 2020 through Kaff India website.After getting no confirmation on delivery schedule, called to check order status on 22nd October and came to know that ordered item is not in stock and will take atleast 10 days more in delivery.I requested for the options that are available in stock which can be delivered quickly.I received options and on same day ( 22nd October ) confirmed for the change of model. I again called order status team and confirmed that I have sent request for change of model and came to know that currently its lunch time and will get confirmation by afternoon for order change.I received no communication till 26th october and again myself called Order status team and came to know that second option that I have chosen is not in condition for delivery and will take more time. As urgent delivery was required and already 10 days have passed, I requested for order cancellation and sent an email for refund of amount, received an email from order delivery that amount shall be refunded in 7 working days.Till 10th of november did not receive any refund but got a surprise. A guy called me that we are standing outside your house with your hob. I called delivery team and told them that i have cancelled this order, after multiple checks they took the hob back. But, I am still struggling to get my refund till now 22nd November 2020This is pathetic service , nobody is ready to take ownership Everytime i have to call and ask for status and get worst confused replies.I am frustrated of calling customer care guys whom i have to tell whole story everytime. No replies to my email and I dont know whom to escalate.WORST COMPANY and highly unprofessional staff.Order No.21699

Recently gifted to my sister Kaff Nobello Chimney and my sister is just so happy about it. She has been thankful to me from last 3 months now. Good products by Kaff.

Beware! Do not buy KAFF products, this is my learning after buying a kitchen chimney. The dealer who sends a person to install, thinks they are Gods gift to mankind. I had really distasteful experience with the installer, Deshraj Singh & DP Singh from Himani Engneering. Initally DP Singh forcefully closed the installation ticket by saying they dont cover civil work, which is weird but then I agreed however, split AC guys & TV Wall mounting installers are doing a much more heavier civil jobs than these psuedo engineers. Post waiting for more than a week because one ticket was closed then we decided the route of outlet pipe & requested again. So it took more than 7 days. Today the guy shows up (commitment was 9am he entered my apt. at 1145 am) & initially had a weird attitude which I ignored, later refused to put clamps on the pipe which I had bought myself to top it all refused to electrically connect the chimney. Just showed me that the chimney is working with a help of an extention board & wanted me to sign so that he can leave without finishing work. As per him they do not cut the three pin plug of the chimney (against company policy) which means he will not connect. If it is a company policy then to hell with your policies. Its such a shame that with such policies you are in business. Had to litrellay fight to get things done my way. Its a message to KAFF India & Himani Engneering, that you are not doing any service on us by doing all this. Over & above for this appaling service you are charging for installation which is 450++ over & above I am paying you for the parts you brought. In total I paid you INR 1710 including taxes, so I deserve to be treated as a customer & not as a beggar. If you cant deliver then you are in the wrong profession. Additionally, I am expecting my new chimney to be electrically connected (is it asking for too much). People like DP Singh & Deshraj Singh will deflect us away from buying goods from Indian brands & pay extra to International brands to get a decent service atleast. The installer came to a point where he was shouting & arguing with me and for what just basic service. I had got 2 split ACs & 1 TV installed in a span of 10 months but dealing with KAFF people is really appalling. Have tweeted about my ordeal some days back & tagged KAFF India + Deepak Anand (MD) but they dont care. So my take is dont buy anything from KAFF India. They have zero sense of customer service & dont even have any sense of what the customer wants. Pathetic Experience. Hence I would suggest to all that please stay away from KAFF India. They dont deserve our hard earned money.

Kaff is good company and I am a happy user. I bought Kaff FIM BF 60 and it is a nice chimney.

Yesterday they went to fix dishwasher and they did not do anything but took the money Rs 800/- from my old mom dad ! Really there only job was to change a washer and they couldn’t even do that !

Most pathetic appliance . Burners are not at all good . Got it checked many times they come check and promise problem will not be there now .. but it s still there . Got services also done but its getting worse day by day . Service dept people come they take there payment for coming .They experiment each time they come . Its been a year i got it installed .. and in 1year called them 10 times to check..Problem is still there .Very disappointed.

Most pathetic service I ve ever came across. Desi brand service must.be.more efficient and quick.Its been a month now and my cimolaint is still pending as product is under warranty period.Till purchase I ve changed parts many tyms .Kaff chullah burners were ordered last month and its been more den 25 days , no body knows bout complaint or order placed , now wen again new complaint is registered , still not getting satisfactory answer from service dept.

I was facing issues with my hobs as the glass was broken but the servicing department helped me in replacing the glass and once again its working like a new hob. Good servicing team.
