I met these guys in 2017 and was looking to buy one home (flat). My budget was decent enough to buy 3BHK. But these guys gave me a different perspective and convinced me to go for a villa instead of a flat and they took construction guarantee too. Initially I thought this might be their marketing strategy but later I convinced myself and went ahead with this plan. Today I can say that was the best decision and I am very much satisfied with my home.
