Homelane is what any individual would definitely prefer to go for to have a dream house.Overall experience with homeland was good enough except the designing part.Designing part needs to be more accurate ,it actually created a problem who worked according to that.I would specially like to thank Mr Ranu Singh Rathore a person who is very dedicated towards his work and is very professional. He is prompt in getting the work done.Mr Mahender Singh who installed the units is well versed in his work.At last I would say its a long way to go so I wish Homelane team to keep upgrading for better to stay in tune with the competition. I have booked my interior from homelane in Jan’21. I must say that the team assigned to me was really good, professional and helpful.. They always responded to the queries whether its call or message.. I would start with sales :) I got a call from vaishali for my interior request, she is really knowledgeable and sweet to handle all our questions.. She didn’t commited something that is not deliverable and provided us A-Z information regarding the interior. I was assigned siddharth as designer then..he has been really patient to address all my requirement.. he understood that I am very picky about the colors and look and never got tired of multiple iterations I asked for :).. then we come to installation part.. I must say that due to covid lockdown and we had to move into our raw flat, my interior got delayed but Saket from installation team made sure that we get our product delivered on priority.. Saket helped in every possible way that our installation is hassle free as we were already living in our place and was available to answers all the call and provide quock resolutions to our issue.. Sahil along with Saket ensured that we don’t need to keep monitoring our work progress and everything was looked and managed by them…Finally our interior installation was done just in 5 days which includes almirah (2 rooms) and kitchen which was really satisfying..

Very poor service by Homelane. First they deliver damaged product, then they force you to accept it. Secondly if they miss the deadline theyll simply deny accepting the fact and show the completion date as target date. 45days promise is totally false.

Very professional team, right from the moment ticket was created on their website, WhatsApp group was formed and continuous follow up from Mr Ajay was there for time alignment. Once done, the technician visited at the promised time and fixed the issue very smartly and with the minimal or almost none damage. The technician Kamlesh was very soft spoken and well mannered. Kudos to the entire HL team

My designer was Ritu Singh who used to take time to understand what we actually need then give her ideas to execute them . Once we were done with the designing major concern was if things will be executed the way we were told , for that I should thank our production manager mr Ranu Singh Rathore he was very proactive to tell us whats going on and everything gets done properly on time , he use to send us pictures with all updates at every step of our journey .Thanks to Homelane to give what they commited.

For our new home, we decided to proceed with HomeLane. Initially, we were unhappy with the design phase as it took too long to firm up things due to there processes. However, once the design phase was completed, the execution was very good. We didnt have to follow up and work was done ahead of time. The team was very supportive and responsive. There was absolutely no need for any supervision and work happened smoothly. They got the home cleaned properly before handy over to us. Overall, very happy with the execution. They must relook at their sales and design processes. That is where I see a scope of improvement. Having said that, the entire team was responsive. Thanks to the team that working on our project.

While I had a good experience in terms of installiation but post installation in next 2-3 Days a lot of gaps were identified which were then flagged multiple times to Homelane team. Its been almost a month where I have been chasing them endlessly and its not been fixed yet. I would urge everyone not to get fooled by their promises which they do not keep and when it comes to NPS and writing reviews they keep begging you to write good things and give a 9/10. But services in terms of attending to the issues which can be seen in just installed things are pending forever. Would not recommend.

Got my interiors done from Homelane, overall a good experience in terms of quality and the delivery of selected products. whatever was committed, got delivered.What one needs to keep in mind is you need to push the team continuously for timely delivery as there are gaps in coordination among them, which causes delay.

The project team has been very professional and did a neat job. The quality of the material used has been top notch. The Project team handed over the woodwork on time. Mr. Bharu Singh deserves a special mention for being responsive and supervised the project in a professional manner.

It is a nice destination for people who want to get their house designed. They have good designers. Best part is the execution. There is however a little lag in communication and timely delivery. Overall a nice experience.

Extremely dissatisfied! Existing Homelane customer. Lot of design flaws, installation flaws and quality issues. Once 100% payment is made, they are just not bothered about anything, instead keep on passing the balls and postponing the things. Also there is a huge difference in what they promise and what they actually deliver. Please understand and do not commit the same mistake what I have done that they are just the brokers and get everything done through a local vendor whose expertise is limited to a certain scope and not as per Homelanes advertisements and other promotions.

Poor management, not at all satisfied with the work. Their management changed the laminates without our permission, finishing work was not done properly in many of our cabinets, many such defects from their end which havent been sorted although its been more than a month since our work got completed. Their quality inspection also is completely useless. Also, its their responsibility to give timely updates to their customer which they have failed to do so. DO we pay such a high amount to get these types of services ?? Totally unacceptable, from my end I wont even come back to HomeLane in future nor would I recommend others about the same. They promise you tons of things but at the end they dont know how to solve customer issues. Not at all acceptable from a company like Homelane.

I had very good experience with Homelane. The teams on the ground were very professional. They did their work diligently. The designer helped in designing modules and assigned PM drove the show after production. In my case, assigned PM was Ranuji who did tremendously well in getting the work done. He was always there to listen to all my points and could get them addressed without follow ups.Thanks to the entire Homelane team and all the very best to them !!

We appointed homelane to compete our dream home n our dream came true. Overall, the team did a wonderful job. We did struggle in design phase a lot in terms of response and timeline but execution team headed by project manager Bharu Singh filled up the gap and delivered a quality product at the end. Bharu Singh came up with instant solutions to the problems at site and was very cooperative since the day he started the work at site. The execution team delivered the project in tight timelines without compromise on quality. Homelane needs to focus on improving experience during design phase with more commitments, timely response. Also, the associated vendors recommended by homelane for works which they were unable to do, was a bottleneck and we did struggle a lot in execution of that work, both in terms of quality as well as timeline and follow ups. So either they should take accountability of the whole work or they shouldnt recommend anyone else. Hope the company take users feedback seriously and improve their client interface and overall service to the customers.

Very unprofessional people....we started in January and were supposed to deliver in April before the second wave but they took advantage of the second wave and made it a reason to not deliver on time ... their designer are either very busy or not well and delay the project unnecessarily by 10-15 days and donot follow up... without installing even a single wardrobe they are asking for complete money and after breaking the trust they think people will pay them and its their policy that even after making their customers totally disappointed...they still stick to the policy...and not deliver anything..

Please be very cautious prior to making 10% payment under the pretext of last day of discount as it is just marketing gimmick as once you have paid your miseries will ensue...They give you low quote initially and once you make initial payment then extra cost m charges would start pouring in...Very bad n pathetic company not less than a scammer.

Among all the phases, Design phase is the weakest link. It is like talking to a wall. We went many times leaving our 6 months old kid at home, and we were clear in our instructions, however, we have never seen that whatever details we were giving were being recorded, despite us highlighting it. It was a surprise to see that post 4 days of discussion, we were asked to share the pics of the laminates, which we had captured for our memory. The sessions are more focused on general hospitality, but the depth and breadth of the discussion is not there. Homelane needs to understand, if someone would have loved to enjoy time in a café , he will do so, not in homelane, so it is not only about general courtesy and takecare, but the core objective cant be left which is the expectation from the designer. To our surprise, we noticed that none of the finer details where captured, despite coming near to 1 month and since we had to allow the process to move, we had to make compromises as we cant go through the process again again by telling the same details, neither we can check the details as drawing are not shared for review and D2 was one sided where we were asked to sign a MEMO in which points such as “E2 is moved to E3” is written, now what is E2, that reference is only in drawing, how can you ask client to sign it. The team who came for D2 just kept saying that our Sunday is spoiled and changed my full kitchen’s design of one side fully, and we were pressed to accept to make progress. We were very clear enough in our instruction from day one what kind of sink we need, however, the design was such stupid that designer forgot to keep the space available for the installation of the tap. I had to walk from shop to shop 3 hours in Sikanderpur, to find one brand sink, which can only fit in, while making compromise on the type of sink, we wanted to install. I was told that one full day is spent to design my mandir and the foyer, however, the mandir exact photo is available on Livespace website and Foyer arrangement didn’t had that much space to accommodate a sitting and shoerack arrangement together as door opening also consumes space, so the logic of space usage and feasibility was not there.In general, Homelane is also not clear what is on the offering and what not. In the starting, they claim end to end interior , then the aggressiveness and comfort is not there. The role of various people are unclear, everyone passes the ball to another. For client, there should be only one responsible person to internally coordinate. Then there are partner system, which further dwindles the accountability. My allocated interior person forced me to give civil contract to him and his partner, did a useless execution, I had to daily stand at site for 10 hours to ensure that my property is not getting damaged.We were told that we will get support for shopping, however, it is not a neutral advice, focus on good quality stuff is not there, it is only on aesthetics and other factors, so we had to limit the involvement. Homelane wants to take more scope, but there are no efforts towards it. Homelane doesn’t even provide a quote for other items, and in practice was showing as a favor for providing a quote. The behavior of employees was such that we had to limit the scope of Homelane, as we were getting the feeling of being trapped, as the dialogue with Homelane was more of one sided.These were COVID times, so few team members & their family members of Homelane employees got infected. On humanitarian ground, we were cooperative enough, however, we didn’t saw that the stakeholders understood that gesture and everytime, the resource issues were brought to us, as if these are client’s responsibility.Project manager Ranu ji and his carpenter team was good in his responsibility area.

HL: They just dont want to perform it in a professional manner.Everything is outsourced.They make tall claims of professionalism during sales but after that everything is worst. Designer and PM have differnet opinion. Labour ( outsourced) work like dumbs and they dont care about the fact that this will be Home for someone.Its better to get a carepenter do the job for you than these people.

Their quality is pathetic, really pathetic, even local carpenters do not do such substandard work1. Their wardrobe shutters is bend from day 12. They lie a lot in initial sales meetings3. Refer pics their screws are coming out from laminate side of wardrobe4. They do not know how to fit sliding wardrobe5. Cost shots up on small changes without changing material by 40-50% after doing initial 10% payment.6. Trust me they charge 40% more premium than other local Factory fitting wardrobe, it is not worth. not at all, you will feel your money wasted.7. Most most of all they will stop responding at all after payment in whatsapp group

It really pains me as our house is still not complete since January. It is such sad experience that we have to keep chasing for each and every thing. No one wants to answer call from the project team, nor answer to any mails after all the money has been paid on time. The kitchen is incomplete, Tv units has gone for reproduction due to wrong measurement. Scratches on the panels, bad quality hinges. I dont know how many things i can list. Not even sure if Homelane will ever complete our project. Really wish we could have given the entire work to local carpenter. Atleast there will be no false promise and a hope that things will be complete on time. Even our friends and family are shocked.

Commendable services offered by Ranu Singh and Team, HQ work and provided delivery of the project within 30 days of signing.From designer perspective however, there were certain loopholes, like lesser innovative ideas, designer will only try to fullfill what is your imagination and wont participate or give you handful of suggestions.

We got 5 almirahs and 4 vanities done at our house. The installation work was done in 3 days while the cleaning took 1 day only and that too when we are already living in the apartment. Very professional and quality work. The material quality and finish is really better than that of local vendors. A big thumbs up 👍.

Kudos and great work by entire team of homelane to complete the work in changes and in special circumstances. Good things about homelane is they own their mistakes and do every possible things to mitigate it.Special thanks to Mr. Ranu Singh and their associates involved in delivery and installation!!!We did have hiccups initially and calling that a hiccup is undermining the scale of issue that happened!!!! But as they say, All is well that ends well!!. I also want to call out the names of Priyanka and Mahima for their efficient knowledge at work and doing everything they could in the dramatic circumstances.Loved the entire team of homelane except the initial designer!!! Also, I did not really understand the role of design manager, Kanchan!!!!!! There was hardly any interaction or initiative from her on the project!!I also do not understand the policy of paying all in advance. Even though the product delivered matches the order most of the time but due to this policy its the end customer who end up being the sufferer in case there is deviation or a mistake.Nevertheless, a fabulous work and within timelines!! Big high five for the people on the field. They make it look so easy and effortless!!!

We required basic interior work done like wardrobes, vanity and entertainment unit for our new home. We went with Homelane. Our designer, Anvi discussed our requirements in detail and came up with designs and a reasonable quotation. The best part was being able to choose from the variety of materials and colors that would be used to make them. After the designs were finalised and the materials came, our Project Manager Devender was constantly in touch and described each aspect of our designs in detail. He and his team completed the work before the given deadline. I was quite happy with the final outcome! Definitely recommend to go with them for interiors

I got my house renovated by homelane.All wardrobes , entertainment unit , crockery unit , and entire kitchen was done by homelane team. I have had a good experience with the designer (Suchika) , project manager ( Amandeep) and Kamlesh in the entire project. The entire renovation was done in abt 12-13 days .All the queries and the issues were addressed properly by both Suchika and esp our project manager Amandeep.

I am deeply disappointed by their after service, points highlighted at the time of review were not solved even after a month. Feels like a wrong desicion to go with homelane services. Handels are chipping off and no body picks call after taking payments.

Great team they are always ready to help. Have good collection of furniture with wide price range.

In the design phase the designer Mr. Rishabh was very patient and answered all out queries, gave us some amazing solutions & great designs for our dream home. The production was done in record time and during the final assembly stage at our flat Mr. Ranu & his team did an amazing job.
