Great shop with a wide range of options. The staff is attentive and very helpful too. The only concern here was the lack of parking. But I can say that you would not need to visit any other shop after this for your hardware needs

Very very very bad experience... brought something costly.. pantry unit...it didnt fit in my kitchen for few inches....but they didnt exchange or take back... where as at the time of selling they told they do it...Thing is in hardware shop this type of returning exchange happenBut they are unprofessional...and rude..Suggest dont buy from them.. theres other shop also which may have less stock...but good one..Never brought from sumit hardware gurgao

Sold a faulty home security system (~₹35,000) and refused to take it back or replace it. We couldnt test it at their store because they didnt understand how to make it work. When the installation guy didnt turn up after waiting for a week (and repeatedly calling Sumit Enterprises), I hired a 3rd party installation guy who informed me that the system is faulty and wont work. Also, somehow they didnt include a power supply for the smart lock (which I didnt realise because I thought the power would be delivered by the indoor units). I took the system back to their store and they promptly refused to refund/replace it -- in fact they were very smug and rude about it. When I asked for the power supply they asked me to take it up with the company.
