Did not have a good experience with the store at all. Wanted to purchase some home appliances because of which i called them 4 time, they did not know anything about any feature of the product and just told me that if you want to call me so many times then you can go buy it from somewhere else, if wont deliver it to you. They were also quoting a price higher than the price that was mentioned in the price list. Moreover, 13 reviews out of the total 5 star reviews are made by their own family members which is quite misleading for any customer. Gave me false information about the market dealers as well and were involved in spreading a negative word of mouth about their competitors stating facts that they are no longer in the market etc.Very disappointed by the type of service provided by them and will make sure to report it to every company of which they are an authorized dealer.I am not in your customer database because it was about to be my first purchase with you. Moreover, you did not deny the fact that these comments are from your family members. I am not a competitor, i do not even have a business in gurgaon so you can go ahead and check my background and my familys background. I am an informed customer who just wants to ensure that any new customer in the market know the truth about your business practices before actually purchasing from you. You specifically told me that one store from which i was purchasing is closed since many years and they are just cheating me when they actually gave me the price list of the product which was much lower than yours. I got to know the truth when i actually visited their store which was still operating. You were talking politely but as soon as i mentioned that another store has provided me with the common price list and you are charging much higher than them, you just started getting angry and refused to provide me any service. I know that there is competition in the market but getting into unfair competition and misleading the customer is not the way.

I boubght an AC. Delivery delied by two days, similarly Installation request delayed, therefore Installation delayed for 2 days from company. Due to my non availability total dwlay is 10 days. When I booked Ac on wednesday clearly mentioned the I am available on saturday. Installation request from dealer on friday evening. There fore company scheduled on Monday. Monday to friday I am not available.

Pathetic people...BEWARE. No customer support after sale. Will sell you faulty appliance and lie everyday to replace it. No fear of Consumer Law, blatant lies. Once they get your money forget they will care about customer. Think 1000 times before buying anything from this shop, they dont know how to treat their customer all they want your money for their faulty products and poor service. They seriously need a lesson from Consumer court of India
