Society is okay.Environment is good.Electricity problem is there. Long electricity cuts are observed.Maintenance staff is good, but they dont have proper working tools.

Good place to reside in great affordable price. But there is one thing... no power backup so sometime it becomes problem... nowadays winter ❄️ is going but once summers will come then this power cut will become a problem.Rest is great 👍

It is one of the worst society in Gurgaon. Every night 2-3 hr light will be cut off that you will go crazy.From the security room to the utility staff, no one is going to listen here.There is absolutely no space for parking, no bike or car.The construction is so wasteful that every day cement breaks and falls from the wall.When you r looking gate, the wall automatically starts breaking. The signature global synera offered worsted project ever.If you want to be happy in life then dont come to this society even by mistake.

Nice apartments.Bl But Rent is Little bit costly Ex- 8000-8500 rs for one BHK. & 2 BHK you have to pay more than 10000 rs.Gardens are osm. You can play games like bedmitton etc. You will struggle for good Network connectivity unless you buy Airtel broadband connection.

Hmm nor very nor bad. But Security system is not tight like Pramid urban homes Sec-86.

This is in regards to our societys Signature Global Synera in Sector 81 Gurugram where we are facing issues like power outage for more than 4-5 hours a day which will be a major issue as we are heading towards summers and it will be difficult for us to survive in a condition like this in coming months. We had a word with our maintenance team which is working for builder Signature Global and they do not have any solution for thisThird class management residents are always fashing issues
