A Good society with all the required amenities. Located at outskirts but that is the USP of the society. Society has a lot of greenery in and around it. Environment is very peaceful and pollution free.

I visited this place few days back to checkout their 2 and 3 BHK flats. First of all this society is next to M3M woodshire project and in a village location. The society has shops for various daily needs.Now about the flats 2BHK flats are spacious as per the affordable projects, only drawback the kitchen is open and that two in the beginning of the flat. Many people dont like this. And if you create a false partition for kitchen and hall, then sitting space will be less.3 BHK flat in this society are good as the kitchen is separate from halls or drawing room. Rooms are also spacious. These flats are available on resale.In case you are looking for ready to move in project and that too under affordable housing you can check this project. Only point is to check for connectivity.

Worse maintenence service . very less manpower..Non- proffessional staffs, they dont know how to talk.95% times they failed send the maintenence guy on time. Though they not even note down your service request in first call. you need to call multiple times for follow up.

Location is a negative factor as the surrounding area is not properly developed yet. This residential community has a decent size commercial area attached so it takes care of mostly all basic requirements.

Very small rooms and kitchen layout with living room is poorly crafted

Peaceful stay, shopping center is also there for daily needs. Located little away from Dawrka expressway. Security is good over there.

Good place to live. Best part of the society is that its out of reach to pollution of Gurgaon city. All needed daily stuff are available. Even there is very nice temple on a distance of 5 Mins walk.

Yesterday I visited Signature Global for the Interview and I met with Mr. Mahesh Kumar who had taken my interview. I was very disappointed that in the interview he toned some personal comments and the entire conversation was not official. He also commented on my husbands profile and he tried to flirt with me at the time of interview. He tried to be so personal. I must say thank God I was not selected, because in that culture I will never work and never suggest to anyone to work there. I would request that the company should not hire such people for interviews, they just downplay the goodwill of the company. He was repeatedly saying that I am so needy and he just wanted to see the same neediness in me. I got his point that he was expecting something wrong from me, at last he returned my CV to me along with candidate details form. Today I am feeling very bad that I should not go to Signature Global for the interview. I think company should take strict and corrective action for that misbehave.

Everything is fine but there is some issue like no backup, no specific parking area you have to search place for parking daily inside the society.

I went there to look for flats its good and its maintenance also good but near this there is drain.

All are fake :also fake showing showcase which they are showing their advertising.all are fake here , they will eat your money as well time . Every time demands electricity bill charge but no electric supply here! Yes all are facing the problem ask before come here.After 9month period staying here I know but due to lockdown I lived .but I leave now. As well all flats are empty vessels like b coz outside is too good inside no1 can stay here . If trust my word then u can it’s up to you I just expressed my all experienceRegarding.....
