This is the everyday pathetic condition of Mapsko Casabella after months of complaining

Society is awesome ! Flats are well maintained and every single flat gets sunlight in such a way this societys architecture is designed.Its peaceful and happy place , guards are working well and so is other staff !Best society in sector 82 gurgaon !!One important thing club membership is not free you have to buy it when you are staying in this society and pay minimal charges for using gym , swimming pool , table tennis , snooker etc.Its very near to Sapphire 83 mall and vatika town square. You can rent a 3BHK flat for 18000/month.Its very near to town square and Sapphire 83 mallVegetables and fruits market is nearby

Very good place to stay as residents.

Have been searching for a property for over a year in Gurgaon. Then I have visited Mapsko Casabella project in Sec 82 Gurgaon.Was attended by there sales team, they explained the project specification, benefits future prospects and pricing.Project is well constructed and decently priced.We have booked an unit in 3bhk+SQI really like the location, no need to go any sector roads, its directly connected to NH8.

Went there with my cousin who has a flat here. Take the right underpass ahead of manesar toll plaza. It a nice housing complex. Enjoyed the peace in the park surrounded by the towers. Flat was nice. Space has been well managed inside. Finish of the building is not top knotch but its ok. Many people are already staying there. Lots of other housing complexes are coming up all around but the area is not crowded. Will be a good residential area.

Have been staying in mapsko casabella for more than 4 years now and below are few key issues that need immediate attention :1. Exterior:Plaster peeling off from everywhere. Many times it has fallen off, resulted in narrow escape for residents.2. Housekeeping:a. Cleaning not being done regularly in common areas: Floors, Stairs, Lifts and Basement can be seen with garbage for many days.b. Missing regular Sanitization for prevention/spreading of COVID. Unless a positive case is announced, there is no proactive sanitization done in any common areas.c. Missing regular Pest control and fumigation. Common areas are full of insects, ants and rats. This not only creates hygiene issues but also poses a threat to building Structure.d. Missing Fire equipment or refilling of cylinders. We are living dangerously with fire cylinders having expired dates for re-filling and missing fire equipment on many floors.e. Missing Lift maintenance causing break-downs regularly. There is hardly a time when a lift is not broken in any of the Towers. There is no Lift technician available on premises and usually takes weeks for someone to show up to resolve break-downs.f. Dirty STP water in flush. STP fails regularly and results in dirty & stinkin water in Toilet flushes.3. Security:a. Missing Security Guards in Towers, Villas and Main Gate. Sometimes there is just One Security guard on duty for 2 or more towers.b. Many times it was found that Security Guards perform duties more than 12 Hours and up to 24 hours in a stretch.c. We are told by maintenance that there is a shortage of manpower due to lockdown. But it is management’s responsibility to arrange for guards and not let society’s security be compromised.4. Basement:a. Drain Grills in the basement are broken. There are no repair/preventive measures taken to ensure these grills stay in shape. These broken grills pose a huge threat to damage residents cars as already few accidents happened in the past.b. Dirty, stagnant water in clogged drain lines makes it difficult to go in the basement.c. There is always leakage at multiple places in Basement from the shaft and sewage pipes.5. Horticulture/Plumbing/Electrical/Carpenter:a. There is none or insufficient staff for maintaining common green areas or taking care of complaints in Plumbing, Electrical and Carpenter issues.

Awasome society to leaving best part of this society is its structure its awesome cutvic model here are indore and outdoor gaming place also Gym and swimming pool also available ,near this society a school and a mall also available from my side its a best society .

Absolutely love Mapsko Groups work in Casabella. Thank you builders for the posh upscale apartment complex full of modern amenities. Its maintained well and has good security. Proximity to airport malls and Delhi makes it more comfortable staying here.

Hello, Myself Meenakshi Sah residence of Mapsko Casabella.I was so confused with so many reviews, then i have decided to share my experience as a residence.This builder has pros and cons which other builder also has but the good thing is they take care of there residence and the maintenance team is also very helping.I visited Mapsko Casabella which is in sector 82 Gurgaon, and I really liked the layout and locality . The project is surrounded by a green belt and has a neat and clean environment. The Builders has even crafted swimming pool, playground, gardens, parks, and much more.Mapsko is good builder in gurgaon providing best facilities in all the projects. My family bought a Property at mapsko Casa bella 3 bhk apartment. All amenities are in place. excellent customer support provided to us. I recommend this builder to chose for your future bugeted house. I am planning to invest in one more property with same builder. which is Mapsko Mount Ville, Sector 79, Gurgaon. This is also a good option for investment. I am looking for my Brother.Moreover, the Project is located in a posh locality and has a major connectivity to the nearby destinations specially NH8.Finally, I made my decision that I will surely shift into the 3 BHK 1690 sqft flat of Mapsko Group as the property is ready to move with good rates.

I advised people to get their living space in CasaBella if they want to live a lavish life full of comforts. Amazing maintenance and high security offered.

Hey everyone this is the Good society , and there may be 11building where lots of flats are available , and this society has very good security measures , and there is avaiable gym and parks ,badminton courts and lot of thing are avaiable where different kind of activities can be done ,and outside the society there is a little market .

Cannot give below one star so giving ONE star. I dont know people who have rated 4 or 5 stars have really been here or have resided here. The society has pathetic condition. Water leakage everywhere. Not even a single flat was leakage free and still it continues. Basement has severe leakage issue. Water every where. Construction quality just cannot be more bad than this. You put a nail on wall and you get to know the quality of construction. Maintenance is in pathetic state. Maintenance agency Nimbus harbor is one of the worst agency and we are forced to have it here. You take anything any topic of casabella and you will see how pathetic the state is. The only good thing about this society is location. Rest if you can avoid you will save yourself form putting your hard earned money in complete waste. Please think 100 times before investing here.

Worst society to live . I can give 100 resons for not staying here but let me tell 4-51) STP issue.. water which we get in washroom is from STP but it is full of germs bcz they have worst stp installed2) basment us full of water even in 10mm of rainfall3) outer facade paint is not yet done4) builder does whatever he want.. they charge hefty maintenance but when you talk about service they will give you thousand excuses.5) no security.. one famous gangster was busted 5 months ago from here..If you are thinking to buy here please do not

The most important thing is its maintenance. I am glad to see that Casa Bella is maintained just perfectly by this company. From the washrooms of our home to the swimming pool and other amenities offered by the company are just great!

I am head over heel with this organization because of their post-sales services. They truly believe in customer satisfaction! Call them if you face any construction related issue and they will be there with the solution soon

Good society to stay in with family .. 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats are available for rent or for sale. The society is very big and includes gym, swimming pool, indoor games, park, and many other things.. The balconies are small though.. Rooms are good. The society is a bit expensive than other societies in the similar area .. Guard facility is available 24/7 . At the outer side of society, you can find a grocery shop, food stall, cafe, gift shop too. The society is near Sapphire mall and Town square. Families can go out for shopping or an outing to these places as they are very near to the society.

Its a good, but the maintenance team is worst now. NO maintenance at all now since the maintenance is given to nimbus. Now no worth to stay in Casabella. we have other options now better then casabella near by. water is Leaked every where, so much smell is there if we go to the parking zone. so much mosquitos, no pest control done by maintenance team. cleaning is not proper in society.

I am glad that I am a resident of this amazing housing society Mapsko Casa Bella. I have heard that some societies charge for the use of amenities inside their society, but here in this society its nothing like that. All amenities are free for use and they are well-maintained. The security system is also excellent.

Due to the superb infrastructure, Mapsko CasaBella is truly the best residency to live in. The construction is amazing and after sale services by the company are beyond comparison. Mapsko Group is truly reliable.

I see there are 80 reviews for Mapsko Casabella in here. But when I looked deeply I could see How. Most of these reviews are fake and artificial specially the ones claiming the construction quality and all such details of the property. It is purposely done to gain interest of future buyers of these properties. I lived in Mapsko Casabella for quite sometime. I have never seen plaster coming off and parts of house coming off due to slamming of doors. I lived in 19th floor and one day one of the doors slammed because of the wind, and i see parts of plaster scattered around all my house. so construction wise it is poorly done. Secondly, I faced issues while hiring domestic helps, drivers, car washers, etc, everything is overpriced here, a domestic help is about 3k who will do just cleaning, which is about 2k in rest of Gurgaon. Nearby markets are over priced and take the advantage of you living in the middle of no where. Public Transportation does not exist, so the fuel costs are heavy to travel to work or anywhere, also the toll of Manesar adds on to that. Thirdly,JLL Maintenance. JLL is perhaps the worst company to have the responsibility of any building. They dont work. JLL will only give bureaucratic excuses for anything that went wrong. People hired by JLL are below average when it comes to quality of workers. Mostly un/poorly educated, I am positive they are not even trained properly and full of attitude. Its difficult to understand if JLL is kept for the residents or the residents are here because of JLL. My overall take is stay away from these properties. They may look like a great deal but they are not. Construction wise, Investment wise, locality wise, any wise.............Cheers

Good place to live with your family, Club, Gym & Swimming Pool facilities available, Only one problem society is around 500m far from tha main road, No sharing auto available for this place.

I owned a house in Casabela since 2 years. In last two year have faced the deep seepage problem in all the rooms including kitchen atleat three times. Its repaired every time but that took atleast a month. Complained always registered by JLL team after you are shouting on them because polite and requestive emails dont work. Even after that society never forgets to take the high maintenance charges. I dont think that all reviews are good to believe. One good point is that the society is maintained nicely. Nearby amenities are good.

A proper sanitation/ drainage and sewage systems have been kept in the society.

Average, seems to be bit congested, airflow is not end to end as it seems to be blocked by towers as they act as a wall, might be wrong as stayed their for a night only as a guest.
