These are newly constructed apartments and this place is around 6 to 7 kilometers from main Highway, if you have your own vehicle then this place is good, else its hard as public transport facility isnt that good

ILD Grand is the best project for investment. One will regret if they booked a flat with Ild. After paying 90% of flat cost and after 7 years, there is no sight of handover from builder. And also nobody responses to calls n mails. Fraud company.

The accessibility of the location is currently not so good but it is an upcoming area. In future it will definitely be a good place to live.

All i can say ILD Grand is a perfect mix of leisure and grand lifestyle residential space. The locality is in close proximity of 3.2 km from ESIC Model Hospital and 2.3 km from Basai Dhankot Railway Station.

Work halted,ILD builder cheated many innocent ppl. now they said they u dont fund to deliver the remaining tower.in IlD grand nothing delivered

Will ILD ever complete its project. Extremely poor sensibilities towards customers. More than 10years and the ordeal is not over. Worst decision of life to have invested with ILD and a management which cares a fig. Very Rude. Even Rude at the DTP and Govt Offices. Charges arbitrarily. Has not given any customer delay penalty. Management says knock Govt or Courts door. Very Bad. Looting innocent customers.

Dont trust, ild is one of the biggest fraudulent builders in gurgaon, the quality of the materials used in his infrastructure are very cheap in quality.

The property is perfectly located in Suburbs of Gurgaon. It is located near Rajiv Chowk and Hero Honda Chowk which is around a drive of fifteen minutes from here along the Dwarka Expressway. Great location!!

Crook builder, not delivered single residential project till date. ILD GREENS residents are running after builder to complete the project which was launched in 2008. Two towers in ILD GREENS are delivered with bad construction quality, zero amenities, sky high maintenance charges with absurd maintenance. Too bad builder to invest or live-in. In current situation, Its like risking your money..
