Decent and peaceful society. Cleanliness is pretty good. Parking space is also ample. Park and community space is little less. There is only a badminton court in the name of community facility. The rules and regulations of the society are also weird, they charge 8000 rupees moving in charges and provide zero facility for moving in process. Every time a new tenant comes in he have to pay. Maintainence fees is 12000 rupees a quarter which is a little high. Water and electricity backup is good.

Emerald Green Man This place is also very cool and there are also very good feet here and are here to roam freely in the animal and make fun of you. Come, come and you also come to enjoy some time too.

Its a two towers building. Has nice garden for kids to play. Has some issues with electricity some time.

Even after charging a handsome amount in the name of 100% backup, there are event occurring almost daily wherein the lights are out during outage. Such events become more frequent during summers, I am not sure what duties are the supervisor assigned. Planning to get out of this place asap.

Very good housing socity.Neet and clean.Near to highway, but safe from pollution due to highway.Approach road need attention.
