Very good place to live specially for families with Children and elders.Very clean and open area.Excellent view from windows - you will feel living like in a hill area.Cant imagine such a nice place less than 10 kms from the New Delhi Airport.

An absolutely wonderful society. It is full of greenery and thick trees. It is one of the oldest societies in Gurgaon and therefore unlike other places the soil is intact here and no dust in the air around. Plenty of open air space, well maintained garden. Society mostly consists of senior citizens but young families also stay. The only drawback is that the swimming pool and gymnasium is closed from years because of differences between RWA and DLF.

One of the worst societies in Gurgaon. In fact being one of the oldest society can be told it is a geriatric society.Has lots of positives but the geriatric mass ensures that it serves their needs rather than the mass.Pros1. Good open spaces2. Ample greenery3. Foremost of them all is the location4. Has initiated the go green challenge of recycling wasteCons1. The entire community centre is under dispute. The silver oaks association lost the case. However the association still charges the residents for conducting any events2. Swimming pool was operational for hardly 2 yrs since its inception more than 30 yrs back3. No frills in the society as the old community do not want to bear any extra cost on their maintenance bill4. Hardly 25%of the owners turn up for the elections and its the old age group who rule the roost5. Children are not always welcome to play on the lawns as the old age people might get hit during the game.6. The association charges more then 25% as commission for allowing any externals to coach or teach7. The only permanent coach is the tennis coach hired by an tennis academy who does expose to any events

One of the oldest housing complexes in the new Gurugram area. It has middle and upper class inhabitants. Spread over an area of 13 acres it has a lot of greenery. Its close location to the malls and approach to Delhi makes it a convenient place to live. The complex is managed very well by the residents welfare association. The drawback is that it does not have club facilities like a gym or a swimming pool

Very well structured gated community. Although too many speed breakers. Secure and ample parking space and is about 6 kms from Sec 29 pubs and restaurants.
