Very airy, recently delivered.People call it as lowest density project of Gurgaon.All sides open, ample sun light in all balconies..Only project in sec 95 which is connected on roads from both sides, Sector rd as well as pautadi rd.Perfect retirement destination , good security arrangements.very few projects have so much open space and double swimming pool with school within premises(under construction).

In my opinion for quality living there must be two things in every house viz fresh air and sun rays.
