I have a corner house so I am more than happy. I feel amazing every time I enter my house. spacious balcony, open sky, all mesmerising . A few concerns..1.. that a shuttle service and car break down service should be started like dlf property. Shuttle service would help in case car is not available and with sudden car break down a lady doesn’t have to worry how to reach home safely2… emergency doctor/ hospital service3… a fewer power cuts, it has bad affect on fridge,Ac etc

I find this property one of the best in nearby sectors due to following reasons1. Site and floor layout is quite impressive2. End to end support from Sales is excellent3. After sales support from sales teams also good which is not common now a days.4. Sales team value their timelines and commitment.5. Property price are also competitive as compare to properties in the vicinity.6. Water front and amenities offered is the USP of this project.Cons1. Club is still under development.2. Main entrance of this property still not operational

Great property, totally worth the price!!! Bought a flat here 5 months ago and we are really happy to make this investment.Unlike other big builders in Gurgaon, Anant Raj team is very co-operative with the investors. Weve had experience with other builders where they do not even respond to calls once money is paid but Anant Raj team is just excellent!!!

Nice place to livein, lot of open green spaces within the campus with bundle of facilities.

Good infrastructure but slow progress and constant electricity cuts.

I really liked the spacious rooms, well ventillated and fountains in the lawn. I visited many places but I found it the best because of its abundant space.

Very Nice Flats. Very Good cross ventilation, natural light in apartments. Its even better than DLF New Town Heights.
