This is newly established Public Hospital Gurugram in sec 10 Gurugram near Govt PG College sec- 10, hospital is built in large area have park for public rest. Hospital have all kinds of modern medical equipments , patients from heart disease to any other major operations are found here on 50 50 basis. Well, Today I visited Civil Hospital Gurgaon for a test, Staffs were polite here but if I talk about hygiene I would rate it zero, its really bad, washroom seems like a hell. I request to management kindly keep the hospital neat and clean because thousands of patients come here for treatment not for new problem, I am also sharing some pictures. Thanks

Three star because MRI , CT SCAN and other scanning facility are recently add to the hospitalThese facilities are on very low prices as compared to other private centers.But but but oh my god so much rush there . No one talk to u properly.No reception or proper inquiry station.Toilats cleaning is very ptahetic . Even the hospital floor is not. Hygenic.I came back without having my MRI SCAN because cant bear the unhygenic atmosphere.Rest is up to u because everyone have his own power to bear.

All Medical Services of this Hospital has been already Shifted at Sector -10, New complex of Civil Hospital. At present only MRI, CT scan Services are available here. Ayush department is also Shifting from here to Palam Vihar very soon in near future.The Real beauty of this Complex are Very Old Big Trees 🌳 Lovely Green 🌿🌲🌱 Surroundings 🌳

After getting the OPD card made I was not allowed to meet the senior doctor even while he was sitting alone in his cabin. There were no other patients. Only a very junior doctor attended me and without any tests he filled the whole card with prescriptions of general medicines. I was also not given any medicines from there. I came back home and never like to go back there again.Also I noticed very filthy areas in that department. If this is the state of our government hospitals then who is responsible. What for the senior doctors are paid for if they hate to see patients its ok that is what you dont think this is what you need to think about does it what do you think about this problem. Tell me this is jot a major problem think twis for it peaple there is a lot of work to do in this hospital and they said they will work but when government should do something

The hospital is good and the treatment is good too but the toilet that is very messy

😞😞😞My friend 24 year old suffered snake bite last night. We went to another hospital he was absolutely fine there. Just because for the final treatment they did not have staff at night they referred us to this hospital. We reached 5am in the morning he was still fine. Treatment started at 5:15. At 6 am he expired. I dont want to say anything else. Just avoid this hospital. I am in too much pain to say anything.

I was visited today, and orthopedic doctor refer me physiotherapy department then, when I was went to physiotherapy room then, there were no one for patients and there were around 5 to 6 patients waiting for physiotherapist but no one present there for attending the patient.

As far as Govt hospitals go, this was one of my first experiences. The staff is extremely helpful and cooperative. It also helped that I had called them beforehand and checked all the documents required and had those well arranged with me.

I visited and was admit there for almost a month but I was lucky to know the doctors so I got the best treatment at the rates non can imagine. Cleanliness is definitely a concern for OPD or in every place run by government. Before posting this review Ive read other reviews where people have been complaining about hygiene and quality of doctors.. Seriously! you choose to go to civil hospital where theyre not charging you and you expect the services to be like Max or Fortis? Talk about doctors? What else would you get from people reached here through reserved quota??

Civil hospital is a great hospital from the govt of haryana its not expensive and is equipped well..The staff needs to work On themselves rather than believing in the policy of government job enployees.. They should be well dressed and clothes should be clean.. Specially sweeper cleaners ward boys and ward girls.. Even doctors coat.. lets make India proud..

The hospital is useless. The doctors are not empathetic. My experience was too bad. They have no sense of community service.For psychological assessments they dont have tools and they refer you to Rohtak as if it is just few kms. Psychologists have no job to do. They just sit and chat whole day. I am really disappointed.

The worst staff ever!!! Rude and arrogant...mostly the nursing staff n some doctors. Technicians are helpful and considerate. Almost the entirety of the nursing staff lack empathy which brings me to wonder as to why they would choose such a profession?? Could stand to be a contender for the title of worst government hospital.

Quick Service and qualifies doctors... when I got admitted in emergency..... doctors took care of me and saved my legs (met with an accident with dumping truck - mistake of Auto driver (Foolish Ass))

I was there for a dog bit treatment, staff is not cooperative atoll. the doctor does not even check my dog bite mark. Just asked me to get these injections from the counter. Even nurse did not even ask me to sit me for injection. he just suddenly inject the injections while i was standing. Pathetic service , Hospital authority (CMO)need to give some attentions on this.

I understand about the rest of the staffs as they are less educated but the doctors are even worse than the other staffs inspite of being educated. The management needs to be trained about how to be professional, how to be ethical, how to be honest, how to be kind to the humanity. Whatever I have experienced, I will only say everything should be improved including the the way of thinking. My humble request to the Govt, they should take strict action and monitor on things regularly. I wish all the best for the people who visit this hospital and hope to be cured. Below are very few points I want to mention.1. At te registration counter, the staff who is registering the new patients, they dont understand the value of time nither of others nor their own. They work very slow. I am sure the management knows this but they dont care.2. The doctors dont even see the problem of the patients, they dont even talk to the patients more than 20 sec. Yes, this is the average visiting time of the doctor and patients conversation.3. I have seen myself, the doctor inside the room, having body massage by a guy.4. The doctors are visiting the patients in bulk, means 5 patients enter inside the doctors cabin at the same time.5. The aadhaar card is mandatory for registration but still you would be asked for each and every detail which can easily be fetched fro the aadhaar number. Here is the question of the use aadhaar????6. Daily basis media coverage happening but no action seen.7. None of the TV screens are working.My intent is not to make people stay away from this hospital. I want people to visit this hospital and share their feedback so the govt gets to know the fact. In most of the cases the authority does not get to know the feedback hence they dont take any action.Good luck.

Large and good govt. hospital but need improvement

You get good service at a ver cheaper rate. And for me, this place is a life saver. 10 years ago I faced an accident and had not any health insurance nor much money to get admited in a multifacility private hospital..and this is the place where I was thrown and Staff, only Staff were there to take care of me.. I paid nothing and they save my life as before admit I was taken to other private low class hospitals where they asked us to go home.. No doubt there are few people who are just fade up by the work.. too much work for a fix salary. Thank u

I was there for ultrasound 34a room...some staff told me tht Doctor will cme at 12 I was waiting frm the last two hrs.still doctor didnt came .I ask again wht time doctor will b coming so the staff replied me rudely and said she dnt know...if the doctor came then you will see just wait otherwise go she said...I was too surprised tht staff didnt have any mannered....they were working there for helping sick people how can they treat people. ..did they never get sick..??
