Nice preparation... Good taste.... Opens early at 8:00 am so good option for breakfast... Staff was courteous to customize items... Prices are reasonable in accordance with the ambience they are providing... Apart from South Indian they have other varieties too...One can go there without thinking twice.
Quiet and peaceful ambience. Food is good too... Good for family outing or friends meet-up. The mall itself is a barren one, with very few shops open.
Was looking for authentic south Indian options and Google suggested this one first. Being a pretty well known brand we did not hesitate even for a moment. Parking was free and the premises is pretty huge in size. Service was very prompt. Ample staff to take care of your requirements. Food was as authentic as it gets. Very satisfied. Easy on pockets aswell. Definitely a must visit.
The food was really good. We asked them not to make it spicy and they did that. The taste of food is also really good.
Good one, food was tasty, ambience was good. Parking to that place is free now.
In starting it was good...but now service is not so food
Nice ambience and good food options. Its a hybrid restraunt where you can order both North as well as South Indian.Service is Quick.
Excellent food..great taste. Nice ambience...courteous staff..We found repeat value in the restaurant. However, on couple of occasions, presence of one or two mosquitoes around our table irritated us.
Very cool, calm and serene. Great service. Great timing
Pathetic Service . Food is also not good as it was earlier in Sagar Ratna. Only Brand name is not enough need to work hard on quality of food and service.Disappointing.
Excellent ... delicious than any other Sagar ratna ever tried in Delhi..NCR.
Located on the Ground floor of JMD Galleria you can find this outlet of a renouned South Indian chain of food.Cuisines available here are South Indian, North Indian & Chinese though its famous for food from South. Its a Vegetarian only restaurant providing home delivery services along with Indoor Dine in options. They serve Jain food too.The staff here is quite lethargic so you need to be pro-active with your orders else the typical delays. With time the Brand has actually faded and you can see the difference in taste of food from the childhood days.I had ordered Rava Dosa which was good but quality of Sambhar & Coconut Chutnet didnt really have that authentic South Indian cravings.Tried this outlet for the first time & its surely the last as Sambhar & Chutney is something which is more enticing than the dish. Not Recommended 👎
We have veg chowmein there. The food was good and north indian dine in start in he evening after 7 pm
As a South Indian restaurant, I would rank it as No1 in terms of taste and quality. This is purely my perspective.Further in terms of ambience as well, it is one step above compared to any other restaurant further they maintain the same irrespective of which city you visit. From cost perspective its definitely little on the higher side, dont expect any budget meals there. However looking at the above factors its kind of justified. All in all its one of the good South Indian restaurants you could visit in Gurgaon. Other option is Nivedium. We also use to have Taste of Tamil Nadu in Hongkong Bazaar, but sadly it got closed now.
The ambience is good and peaceful. South indian food authenticity is not great.
Good food as usual. Good south and north indian
Ghee roast masala dosa is awesome
The best Vadas & Dosas on Sohna road !!
Ambiance is good and food taste is awesome, specially sizzlers.
Fantastic Food, we ordered Thali and it was enough for 2 in terms of both quality and quantity
Ive been going here everytime I missed the South-Indian cuisine!
Good place to go to with family. Ample space and good service. Food is great specially South Indian.
Awesome place for a family get together 👍
Food is delicious but a bit costly. We visited on weekend so it restaurant was full and servers were quite busy and that reflected in their service.Service was bit slow apart from that we had a good experience here.We ordered badam milk and butter milk, spring rolls, roasted garlic dosa, special paneer dosa and for dessert Mysore pak. Everything was very delectable and I enjoyed each bit of it.For authentic south Indian meal, I would recommend this place to everyone.
Good place to have south Indian food. Reasonable rates, efficient staff, good food, ample parking, fast service, over all great experience.
Good place to eat South Indian food. Tried the family Dosa. Didnt find it really great. However, idli chat was really good and definitely worth trying. Their Uttapam is quite good as well. However their service and food taste varies. Other than the huge family Dosa, all items were pretty good. This wasnt the case last time I went.
Average. Not as per the pricing.. chances of improvement. Products not taste as per other sagar ratna outlets.
Wonderful food. Medu vada was outstanding, masala dosa was also good.
Best service n quality. . .
Extremely great food and especially a service. The serving staff is brilliant make us feel very comfortable and happy They serve food with his heart. Amazing service...
Worth a visit. The taste is awesome. Along with South Indian delicacies, Biryani is awesome. Buttermilk is worth a try
Nice south Indian restaurant.
Dosa and chutney are good. Podi idlis are average
I have bought onion masala dosa and idli chat today it was worst. That was bad experience with Sagar Ratna online order....sambars taste was like medicine and full of smell ..unprepared food...like raw onion.
Sagar ratn is peaceful place with delicious food. Ambiance is good...food is very tasty. It offers range of food options which is different from others in this category.
Excellent food, specially dosa is very tasty.
Visited Sagar Ratna at Sohna Road, Gurgaon. Food quality was good. We tried their speciality i.e. south Indian food. Taste was good, could have more spicy for better taste. Service was good. All orders were delivered in reasonable time. Feel its higher on pricing side as compare to Sagar Ratna at other locations.Overall good to try.
Did come with my grandma , she loved it and so did I , and its my Tuesday-go-to place now , lovely south Indian food , do go for the platters and specially the cheese dosa
Bedt Test and Best Food
Silent place, nice ambience. Cordial staff and best taste..
Nice place to have South Indian food .I had ordered chetinnad Dosa ,paneer makhni Dosa,Mysore masala Dosa, rawa masala Dosa ,mini idlis n dahi wada. After the meal had the authentic filter coffee ..Loved everything.Just felt its quite overpriced.Rest service n hospitality is good n of course the south Indian food too .
The quality of food is awesome. You can enjoy the every bite of food. Lots of variety in South Indian. Best place to dine with family.
Food was tasty and reasonable. If you want to have south indian, come here or any Sagar Ratna. In this the entrance is from inside
Dont try panner tikka its worst🤮
South Indian food is very tasty. Location is accessible. Services are good. Well kept and clean place. The ambiance is very calm and friendly.
Awesome food with great hospitality... simply loved all food south Indian and north Indian... Gajar ka halwa best dish
Have decreased their quality standards. Not gonna visit again and pay huge amount with degraded quality.
Simple authentic south indian food. a bit costly compared to others but ambience is great. service is quick & we can take sambhar n times so no issue.
Food is good but quite overpriced....
Great south Indian food, they also have some fushion items like idli chaat
More expensive but food is not compair with pind baluchi Restaurant but Rate more expensive
Taste 9Ambiance 7Quality 9Service 7Value for money 5You cant get this tasty and hygiene food. Its simply delicious.Yet, the quantity is pathetic. The amount of rice that they serve with thali wont even be sufficient for a 5 year old kid!!!!I dont know how they expect to finish all the curries/dal/sambar/curd with a hand full of rice?!?!
Good family restaurant with authentic south indian taste.
Worst place in Gurgaon to eat .The south food is expensive but not that much but the north indian food is expensive as hell. The cost of a butter roti is 45😂. Like what?😂
Nice one.. a must visit place for south indian food....
Excellent service.nice taste affordable price
The food is quintessential Sagar Ratna food. The service is excellent as well. Extra quantities are always available with a smile too!
The place is usual like all Sagar Ratna restaurants, except there were no thermal scanners on the entry (during the time of Covid).
Food is ok not upto the mark.Dont try north Indian food here.
Good quality best
Good food always
Must try family dosa and enjoy with you family
Very expensive and stingy contents
Visiting Sagar Ratna at JMD Galleria was a good moment and the quality of food is good. If i talk about sitting spaces then it has many tables with combination of two seater, four seater, five seater and 10 seaters. It is good if you are going with family and friends group. You can sit together on single table.Staff, Food quality and service is good however there was some lack in food service. I ordered thaali and i have to wait 15-20 minutes to receive my order on my table.
Traying to have south Indian taste, not ok. I thought to have south Indian meal, they served south Indian thali but taste of most if the dises were North Indian only and specific South dises were not so good. If you had a taste of south Indian meals then you will like here. They have nort Indian food also which is good in taste.
So its a really quite place to have some dinner with friends and family and the food is just too good.
Not too much quality but ok ok
Good food. Expensive
Place and Services is both nice. There is one problem you can face that of traffic on Sohana Road
Best place for south Indian food lovers
Could get quality south Indian food. Had south Indian thali which was ok. Tandoori roti served was made up of maida which was not expected! Taste was not up to the mark comparing to sagar ratna trademark & also bit pricey too. Considering the scarcity of quality south Indian food at Gurugram, a visit to the restaurant will be worthy.
Quality of food is good but services is very slow. You have to wait for a long time for your order.Still a best place for South Indian dishes
Superb taste
Had ok ok experience.
Tasty food with freshness
