Worst hotel that I have ever stayed. I left hotel within 1 hour of check-in. They do not have basic amenities such as towels etc. Water was constantly leaking from washroom and nobody pick up calls.

Certainly not to the mark of Radisson standards. Wish, Radisson Team should do some basic audits before offering franchise. Was not a pleasant experience with list of many complaints starting from front office executive behaviour, billing process, food, room and hotel interiors. Need a major changeover. Trust, the management looks into on priority.

The service was really good and the staff was very hospitable. They really went out of their ways to help my family during our stay. The buffet dinner is delicious and the restaurant is lively. Its a perfect place if you plan on visiting Gurgaon with your friends and family.

I had an extremely horrible stay at this hotel. One of the worst experiences in my life. They were short staffed and their service was beyond devastating. My stay began with me noticing a massive sewer leakage right outside my room with pungent smell seeping into my room. Throughout my stay this problem was not fixed, and I had to spend the night with this horrible smell in my room.The food was so disappointing. I gave a chance to each item on their menu but not one food item tasted good. In fact, it was not hygienic either. There were flies roaming all around the food and it wasnt covered properly. The heating facility did not work at all. So definitely never book your stay here during winters. I froze to death during night. The ambience of the hotel is disappointing as well and not at all like the pictures.The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful as well while I tried to have him address these concerns. He straight up denied everything and tried to accuse me of lying about all this. I have had a terrible experience at this hotel and will not recommend this to anyone.the manager of this hotel was extremely rude and impolite with me. Trust me, you dont want to waste your money here.

Pathetic Service Support & Food. Didnt suggest to visit there. That place might be Okay for overnighter but with your family or friends, Its a big NO. I called service team to clean they didnt come, I understand the delay in service because most of the businesses are working with a limited staff for their and our safety. Ive ordered food some starters and main course, that was delayed, when reached to me only Luke warmed but completely out of taste. When I called them to report they denied accepting it and start arguing with me. That was the worst experience Ive ever had in this kind of hotel. Ive mentioned whatever happened with me, plan your stay accordingly. Also very limited and unmanaged underground parking.

The experience was NOT good at all. The ro size was quite small. The rest room was even smaller. No room upgrade was available, which was complementary, even when the hotel seems to be vacant. Food quality was not great in terms of taste and potion size. Even the food bill presented on checkout was wrong and inflated, and we got it corrected by highlighting the inflated item. Last but definitely not least, the parking space was quite small, its very difficult for amateur drive to self-park his vehicle in the parking basement. The room size was not good. the food was lacking both in terms of taste and potion size.

Most of the front desk staff is just disinterested and borders on downright rude.Maintenance is average at best and the hotel treats customers with a substantial amount of disdain.There are a few good people though. Specifically Deepak Rawat as well as the junior service staff.But Radisson better change the senior staff and bring professionalism to front desk service fairly quick or there is some major PR disaster around the corner.

I decent 2.5-3 star hotel.Cleanliness is okay as per a 2.5 star hotel.Room services is pathetic and same goes for the in room dining.Do not expect that hotel people will pick up the call in late night.Feels no one is in the hotel for services.My experience was not good.More of it they have very very limited channels in the TV.

I had a fantastic stay for 9 days at this facility during my Official Trip. The staff are very hospitable and the hotel is very well maintained. Inspite of the Covid pandemic, they made sure that I didnt have any problems and I truly appreciate their gesture. The rooms are of nice size and with all the amenities. The food provided was great too. Definitely suggested to stay here while in Gurgaon.

Extremely horrible and pathetic hotel.Does not deserve even 1 star.At all platforms (including Make my trip, Goibibo) this hotel shows that they have a swimming pool in a wonderful condition. But in actuality they have closed the pool facility in year 2013 itself. And they have not got enough time till now since 2013 to update the status of the amenities it has now on any of the platforms.In fact, in the pictures it can be clearly seen that the walls have cracks.The lamps in the room were not working.The voices of people talking in the adjacent room were clearly to be heard, no meaning of privacy at all.AC was not working in the lobby and reception, they make you wait in suffocating environment for 1 hour before handing over the room keys to you.When you get to the room finally the keys are not working, so you again have to go to the reception to get the right key.Horrible experience altogether!!!

Good budget hotel in central place of Gurgaon

The hotel is situated in the civil lines area of Gurugram. It’s almost 10 kms away from the Indira Gandhi International Airport & is easily approachable. Easiest way to commute is NH-8. It is a good budgeted hotel surrounded with both residential & commercial properties.Room was spacious & clean with all the basic amenities available. They even offer smoking rooms & the hotel is couple friendly which means they do accept local id’s.Leisure valley is almost 4-5 kms away from this place so if you want to party, enjoy good food & have fresh beer from the brewery you can hop into sector 29 which is one of the most happening places in NCR.

Hotel is wonderful no doubt but staff is fantastic. Always smiling and never say no to anything.The staff always make you feel like home.It is truly Indian way of treating the guests. There are small things that they do for you that adds to the charm of this placeI have never given any feedback online to any of the hotels I stayed up until now but the services of this hotel has compelled me to do so. Great job. Thanks for making our stay great and always memorable.The food tastes the best on your palate and the rooms oozes with lot of luxury.

Good place to stay and is near to market area

One star is for the manager rest everything in the hotel is fineI had issue in laundry and was not at all satisfied with the response I got and I asked a few questions and they refused to answer even though the mistake was of staff and not from my end.

Reception guy asked me some peanut packet missing in room. I said I didnt took. When I entered in the room there was 2 packets of cashew nut and something. It was there when I check out too. Then he called house keeping guy and telling that it was there when they make room ready. I said same thing there was only 2 packet. I didnt took anything from that. It was embracing moment for me in front of my colleagues because I was in business trip. It is very shameful for hotel management for treating guest like this.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the room air conditioning. It was apparently centrally controlled and was set to hot..the room was very stuffy and hot, the windows cant be opened and the only choice we had was to either switch the heat on and sweat or switch it off and suffocate with no ventilation whatsoever..To add to the frustration, the hotel staff suggested things like you could keep the main door open or the bathroom door open because there is an exhaust..We had asked to talk to the manager which wasnt facilitated and one staff member named Anand handled it in the worst way possible by callkng us ignorant to the central heating/cooling system..we had to spend all our time outside and came back only to sleep because we hd already paid upfront for 4 days..

I booked this hotel based on my last 2 stays which was pretty much okay but this one was the worst. In my stay of 3 nights, I felt humiliated and cheated. why so??1) 15 min waiting during check-in time from a rude reception person2) Checked -in around evening time but No room preparation even after providing all the details and requirements.3) Initially provided with (4 x 250ml) water for a double occupancy room, later they provided 1 ltr bottles as per requirement (thanks to Deepak)4) No room slipper been provided even after requesting multiple time, later got to know it is not available in hotel/5) There were holes in the bedsheet6) As toiletries, no dental kit; no shampoo was provided, for the shower they had kept lifebuoy which has been recommended by GOI to this property.7) Third class break-fast with only 3 choices with the almost same menu.8) Air condition was set at default temperature (same is recommended by GOI, as per the Hotel Staff)9) No one was available post 11:00 to attend the guest as no sufficient manpower was available in the hotel due to pandemic.10) I would have changed the hotel but even after my booking was done under the corporate plan, the reception guy asked to pay money in advance as guideline got change because of pandemic.And there were many things which I can list, overall it was the worst stay ever. Pls, take your decision wisely.

This is by far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. There are barely any amenities in your room - no dental kit, no conditioner, no face towel, etc.. The room lighting is very dim. When I requested for an iron to iron my work clothes, the iron was so dirty (see photo), it stained my shirt. When I reported this to the Manager, he did not apologise and just offered to give me a new iron - not even to wash my shirt. The breakfast selection is also extremely small and dont expect much for taste, either. Dont book their hotel cab, either, because it will be just as bad as the normal cabs on the street, and they will ask you to provide your full credit card details (front and back) before they book you one to fetch you from the airport, which can obviously lead to fraud. Only one of the two lifts was operational, as well. Finally, I found a cockroach in my bathroom (see other photo). I had to move to a different hotel because it was that bad.

Rooms are much better than expectations, clean linen, clean washrooms, quick service, friendly and polite staff, all this add up to a luxurious stay. And a lot of options to have in breakfast buffet made me fall in love with this placeBut yes vallet services is not so Good.

Budget hotel for corporates. Not a good layout. The entrance is not great and conjusted. The dining is huge and open. Good paintings. Staff is good. But food was not great. The chef could not make simple omlet and dosa was a papad. They give shuttle for few corporates. This place is surrounded by local market foood wines etc Overall ok.

Dont judge a book by its cover, this is so true for this place. From the outside you will see this dul and boring and small, compact place, even the hoarding is not clearly visible. But when you step inside, you realize that you completely judged wrong. Theres a nice restaurant inside which serves good food and view. The ambience and the lights and decor everything is very upmarket and gives you a luxury feel. Staff is polite, well groomed and always available

I had stayed at this beautiful hotel with my family for a night... my family and I fully enjoyed our stay... the rooms were spacious and tidy. The bathroom (which I’m very picky about personally) was sparkling. The breakfast spread was delicious. Since I had an early morning meeting, the hotel staff was courteous enough to provide me an early breakfast which was very filling.The only complain that I have is regarding the accommodation of the driver that accompanied us.. the room was in the basement and was full of mosquitoes.. being the humid weather it is, the room was inadequate in ventilation adding to the misery of the person living in there.. kindly arrange for something more comfortable for them as well.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Park Inn, Gurgoan is located in center of city. to reach use google map otherwise you will miss the hotel. Warming welcome entrance with 15 to 20 people seating area opposite to reception area and later on followed by dinning area.Commute through transparent lift makes excitement and create beautiful scene by watching big painting hanged on wall.Breakfast buffet provide by them is enough to fill your stomach with healthy stuff. Room spacious enough and well maintained. You iron box inside the room.Morning newspaper is available.

Park inn is an nice little hotel tucked away in gurugram . The hotel staff is really courteous and helpful, we had an issue in the room we had been given but upon complaining they not only changed but upgraded the room as well. It is nice and clean and the room are pretty well made .The parking is underground and a little narrower to get in but its still manageable. I believe the down side is the food, it is some thing they can really improve upon . Rest everything is fine . If you are going there for an over night then it is good value for money.

Its a a good place to be: clean, quiet, good food. The staff is polite and friendly. Have been staying here since 2017 and always love to go back. Its home away from home for me. Why did I give 4 stars? The pool and gym need a face-lift. And there is always room for improvement.

Breakfast & Dinner is good . Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay there again.
