Visited store yesterday & none of the employees seemed interested in understanding customer query or even in sales. I had to wait for 20 minutes to meet someone at the store as most of the employees were roaming in the mall. They didnt even answer my basic questions about kitchen. Wont be going again for sure.

We took this high-end kitchen from Spacewood at my residence in Faridabad. The problems since beginning are still not sorted. Its being now 2 years and there is no commitment word in their dictionary. Excuses and excuses. If you really want mental harrasement then only go to Spacewood.

They said they would get back with the design a week back but are yet to contact us. Further we had gotten our cupboard dine from them 2 years back and the lights in the cupboard had started coming off a year back bit due to lockdown and covid we had requested the 2 weeks back to fix it. Yet to hear from them.

Good kitchen with worst after sales service. No body listen to your complaint. They give guarsguarof their product and dont honour the same. No body especially Mr. Shrawan in the office even have the courtesy to pick their telephone. A perfect case to be filed in the consumer court, which I plan to do very shortly. Strongly urge people not to go for this company.

They offer good products but have the most terrible customer service. Its been 2 months since I raised an issue with the team, and even after making repeated calls and messages, there hasnt been any response from them. Im extremely shocked to see such an unprofessional and unethical behaviour from them, especially by Mr. Shravan. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and the only reason being- Terrible and worst customer service.

At the time of selling they promote 10years warranty6 and excellent service. now 2 years down the line they dont even respond despite raising complaints for more than 2 weeks, this is when they already sell at premium then why go for spacewood at the first place??

I never expected such a deteriorated service from a reputed company like yours. With all good qualities in the product, the service delivery is so poor that one would feel not to opt their product in future and never advice anyone to buy from them. I am highly disappointed with Mr Sudama, allocated to work, an unprofessional person hampering the name of the company wherever he is assigned. No commitment to his own words, unnecessary delays and made me follow up multiple times for the work which he was supposed to do. A local contractor is more committed to his work and, respectful in dealing than him. I sincerely believe the company need to invest more in the site coordinators regularly and improve governance if they want to keep the name they have built for themselves.

I have been associated with Spacewood from last three years. I have purchased modular kitchen and this time I have decided to give a try on their wardrobes. I have ordered custom wardrobe and again i got the same awesome experience and on time delivery. The quality of the wardrobe is really good and has a solid built. Just need to wipe it of with a good clean cotton cloth and it shines as new. I really want to thank Spacewood team for their support and guidance from designing till installation. keep up the good work..!!

Got my wardrobes done from Spacewood Gurgaon, they are very professional and I am more than satisfied with their service. They have a wide variety of internal as well as outer finishes. Material used for the wardrobes is of high quality and I am very happy with the final product. I am also getting many compliments from my friends and family for my wardrobe designs, both interior and exterior. Would especially like to thank Ms. Tanya for giving us a wonderful in store experience, she also kept in mind all my requirements while designing my wardrobes. Mr. Anoop, on site supervisor, also did a great job by getting things done very efficiently and with in the time limit.

I think I got the one of best service for my needs of home furniture, wardrobes and kitchen. Everything turned out same as promised and looked same as their showroom. Product quality appears good ( as I am yet to buy and use). Varieties/options are adequate.Service and attention from staff ( especially Tanya and Abha ) is of very superior quality. She knows her job and achieves customer satisfaction.My comment on prices would be that products are bit overpriced.On overall this brand is going to stay.

Extremely professional and very good workmanship .I am an architect and only like to work with professionals who respect time . I like to work with Tanya in Spacewood and she is currently handling two of my projects .She is extremely professional and prompt.The variety of finishes available at their stores in gurgaon and defence colony is very elaborate . They have modular options in all price ranges for every pocket.Definitely go to place for your wardrobes and kitchens.

Terrible snobbish attitude of staff. They just dont care to call back a customer who has been following up since a week. They do not have the courtesy to call back and give status. I dont think Ill ever recommend this pla e to anyone in known circles.

Im feeling regretful to give my wardrobes, kitchen and doors order to Spacewood at the same time. Its been 8 months and they couldnt provide the complete order till date and none of my wardrobe is complete out of 8 and the kitchen accessories are missing and too much different from the 3D provided to me at the time of the order. The finishing is poor than the local vendors.The sales executives will call you for continuous reminders for the payment (required for dispatching the material) and once they receive it, theyll stop picking up your calls for follow up of any kind, even for installation.Spacewood is an incompetent organization which cant provide required support and finishing to the products. I strongly recommend to avoid falling in the trap of outsourcing the work to this organization.

This was my first experience with a modular product and their staff was very accommodating & willing to explain each and everything is being suggested by them design colour combination aesthetic and the way they were telling us we were 100% sure that it is going to come up really well. The best part is I never had to run behind carpenters for material and execution. The Kitchen and pantries came pre-assembled without any short comings. The work execution with Spacewood is good and nice after sales support. A Special thanks to Shravan for being proactive in handling the site execution.Many of may friends have suggested me to get my work done from spacewood now I realised why they were so sure about Spacewood.I am completely happy and satisfied with their work

I have been in contact with spacewood for many years and all my kitchen, wardrobes etc have been designed and manufactured by spacewood. All my clients are satisfied and happy till date with their quality work and finish of the products. The team gives excellent after sale services which is the most import aspect. Their team is hardworking and dedicated to work and also give impromptu reply to all the queries. I personally highly recommend them. Miss Tanya and Priya in Gurgaon center are best guides and explain each and every details to the clients hence a very transparent and clear system of working.

Horrible customer service. They are basically thieves. They take your order, demand payment and then delay delivery endlessly. Worst experience possible. Please dont be fooled by their products, the employees are some of the worst people I have come across - Tanya has no ethics. Sarvesh is also highly irresponsible and is extremely rude. Their owner, Varun, can only be described as a scamster. No sense of responsibility. Please go somewhere else. You will save a lot of time, and hassle. I wish I could give them a negative review.

One of the very few modular woodwork suppliers of Indian origin who you can trust. They have successfully completed executions at 2 of my sites in Delhi. I had finalised my Kitchen elsewhere before and I came to Spacewood to get my wardrobes done. At first, I got completely confused with the pool of choices – Finishes, Modules, colours etc. But their staff was very patient and especially tanya helped me and my husband to shortlist options that would match our interior theme and requirements. I wish I would have bought my kitchen from Spacewood too.

I have visited Spacewood Gurgaon showroom. Very good product at very good Prices. Highly recommended. They have very good range of wardrobes with lot of Design options.

I wish i can give 0 star...Very poor services.....Been there on 24-03-19, inquired about kitchen cabinets, they told me to whatsapp and share all the measurements....I shared all the details on whatsapp....today is 27th March....didnt get any response from them......Poor Cust. Service.

Spacewood gives best materials and fabulous kitchen designs.

One of the worst experience with Gurgaon office. They take 100% upfront and then keep you on their mercy. Our kitchen has taken seven months it is still not complete. They charge exorbitant amount and after that say this item is not included. Agonizing it is opposite to what they advertise.

From my booking to installation I had to deal with eight to nine staff a new person would come and we had to explain him right from scratch. They have not given the warranty certificate even after five months. Highly unprofessional approach by the company.
