No parking voes as the complex has adequate space.

Dr. Rana is by far one of the best veterinarians in NCR. We have been seeing him for almost two decades now and being a pet loving home, we take great interest & attention in our pets care. I completely endorse Dr.Rana and his kindness & love for animals is abundantly visible.

Its rare to find a good clinic with ethical vets at an affordable price point. Niti Bagh Pet Clinic is one such veterinarian clinic though. Wont overcharge, have a solid reputation and the vets will give a damn about your pets. What else does a pet parent need?

I came to the clinic around11:30, went inside to give my name and number and waited in my car as I was told I would be given a call when my turn would come up. I waited for 2 hours. They were treating those first who would come inside the clinic and wait there, regardless of those of have given their names before them but weren’t waiting in the clinic. I called them twice asking how much more time, both times I got to response, “10 minutes”. After waiting two hours and getting improper, discourteous service, I left.

The facilities are not upto date, also they dont answer calls which is not a great sign of good service.

I really trust the veterinary here. I mean they know how to make sure that the fur babies get back to their health. Ofcourse, luck factor works too. They dont leave any stone unturned to try their best.

Highly recommended Pet Clinic. The doctor and the staff were very helpful. Took my Labrador for the vaccination and general test. The clinic is neat and clean and the staff looks after your pet well.The place is easily accessible and parking is quick (inside the compound or outside).

Absolutely the best pet care center in the City. I travel an hour for their services as they are worth it. The best part is, not only are they knowledgeable but also extremely loving to all animals!

I have visited two vets in the recent past, and Dr Bhavna is definitely better than most. She genuinely loves dogs, is upfront and honest ( which I so appreciate) instead of misleading people, and she knows her job. Plus the clinic is conveniently located and parking isnt an issue. It also helps that there is a pet accessories shop next to the clinic where doggos get free treats!

Dr Bhavna has been treating my dogs since 2000 . I have always taken her views as the word of God . Unfortunately since this had become Ranas pet clinic the care is putrid to say the least . This has become a money making factory . O have never objected to paying any amount for my dogs but I do feel cheated big time when they do not even look at your dog . The great Dr Verma prescribes treatments ithout even looking at the dog . They nearly killed my dog . Go to this clinic at yr peril . I would still go to Bhavna but she has to get out of the mercenary mode she has gotten into now

Gave my dog subcutaneous IV infusion which resulted in formation of abscess, then didnt even bother to introduce any antibiotics and asked me to continue with prednisolone.On blaming that the abscess is because of IV fluids they started arguing, obviously how could Dr.Bhavna ever be wrong, she is an incarnation of god.Do you know how long prednisolone has to be used for? I was prescribed to use it continuously until he is alive.The natural RBC formation of my fur ball went so low that it resulted to his death.NOTE - Your vet doesnt want to see your fur ball fine. They run their business when you get your pet to the clinic often!

Nice doctors, but the building manager was very rude when my sick and stressed dog emptied his tummy in the premisses. I cleaned it up immediately but he still continued arguing with us telling us we shouldnt allow our dog to go there and the more we tried to explain that we didnt allow it, we just couldnt avoid it, the more he argued. The guy has no heart! Nor does he know how to deal with people or dogs

My dogs developed ticks because of humid weather, took them to the clinic and Dr. Bhavna instead of treating my dogs thought of it as a good opportunity to earn 3k and provided no treatment and sold fake medicines to me. As a result my house is now infested with ticks and my dogs continue to suffer
