I had visited this restaurant a few days back for lunch with my family. After enjoying lunch there I have no doubt in my mind that Spectra is by far the best restaurant in Delhi. It is a very stylish place. Things the most important is the quality of its food. I would recommend 10/10 in all respects ie ambiance, taste, temperature of food, service & hygiene etc. Mr Lalit did an excellent job in serving lunch to us. I really appreciate him. Salute to Chef. We cant forget roasted tomato soup.

Spectra @ The Leela is one of the most beautiful restaurant in Gurgaon. Located on the ground floor of The Leela Ambience Mall it is a huge place with a seating capacity of atleast 100 people. It has 6 live kitchen and over 100 dishes to choose from. I tasted so many items and found them to be rally tasty and fulfilling. Must visit if you want to have the best buffet experience.

Buffet was just amazing. I have never seen so many options in a buffet. You name the cuisine and they had it. The only negative point for me was there were not much veg options and whatever was there was bland (foreigner taste i guess) not upto indian level. Though it was a non - vegetarians paradise. Must for atleast a non - vegetarian.

Great food classy ambience and great variety. Tried breakfast buffet there and it was simply amazing. Masala omlette and pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate were superb. Great variety of fruit and healthy juices. Matar kulcha was good too. Ample seating available. Good and courteous staff was add on. Overall a great experience

Chicken wasnt juicy at all, lamb served was not cooked properly, it was still raw. No ones interested to guide you or ask you for something.Booked via easy diner, got 25% off on the food. Which was good deal. Sunday Brunch with Soft Drinks including discount costed 5300. This place feels like a mini marketwhere each counter serves dishes of specific regionor type. Decor is complimenting the place very wellI am a huge bakery fan and I loved the variety ofcakes/muffins being served here. Spectra, one of the main restaurants of Leela Hotel in gurgaon, located in the Ambience island and mall is probably my most favourite restaurants in Gurgaon...i have been here multiple times to celebrate most of my anniversaries and birthday...i absolutely love the humungous array of food they offer....From chinese to japanese including sushi....The extravagant decor and amazing space transforms you a different world all together...it is truely an amazing experience ....i highly recommend the food.... it just so yum.... it is very well priced for a five star hotel too..... and I have travelled a lot but barely have i come accross such a huge huge array of food all at once....and yes their desert buffet is a sight to behold in itself....Highly recommended.....

Good Enough Food, their Sea Food Menu is amazing.Nothing can be picked out in particular that is better than the rest but this seems just little expensive to try more than a time in an year.It is just an experience beyond the understanding.

Loved the buffet on offer, the food options are huge and you can also order some drinks by the side. Sushi is to die for and one must try some of their Korean delights as well. With almost 3000 a buffet its totally worth it.

This place is right on the highway and near the airport, the description might tell you inside ambience mall but thats not the case. You need to go to the backside of ambience to be able to get inside Leela. Well thats the only shortcoming. Right from the moment you enter the area and get past the security , youll be in awe of the place. Such a beautiful place, jaw dropping scenes, lots to offer, umpteen dishes. The Leela hotel ambience mall is an spectacular property went there to dine . As I have never been to leela gurgaon before and I was very well recieved at the front desk by Ashutosh Jha , as I told him that this is my first visit he showed all the outlets out of which we decided to dine at spectra because ofcourse the restaurant has a huge spread of buffet and a great a la carte menu aswell . We went for the ala carte and the experience was fantastic . I want to thank to the spectra service team(as I dont remember the service guy name) ,the service was outstanding . Thank you team for such a great experience .

Fantastic multi-cuisine restaurant, great spread of food, so many options for vegetarians, also they include the soft drinks in their package and the dinner is for around 3100 approx. per head but worth the money, very tasty food, best hospitality, very helpful staff & all the members. Specially lalit and jasleen, they were very helpful and helped me making my mom’s bday more specially by arranging a small cake 🎂from their deserts only yet loved the gesture. Very good, pleasant and tasty restaurant to enjoy your time.

Spectra is situated in Hotel Leela, Gurugram and I just love the ambience of this place.Its so elegant, beautiful and lavish.I have been there for lunch and it was so yummy and delicious.There are so many varieties to choose from.Despite of being very busy with the guests, the staff was very welcoming and courteous.This place is such a treat for both eyes and tummy.

Excellent experience and wonderful food. The spread was great, the italian section was especially great and had a great evening. I would recommend all to try their coffee selection which a part of the buffet as it is quite good.

Thai at SpectraThai cuisine over the years has become very popular in India and that’s the reason we see lot of customization made to the food. There are very few places where you can get good Thai food. Chef Tarathip Nooriengsai has recently joined the culinary team of The Leela Gurugram and what better way to introduce her. I have been to Spectra to enjoy Japanese cuisine several times with Japanese client and friends. I tried Salmon&Ikura(Salmon Roe) Don, Kaisen Don (Assorted Sashi Rice Bowl).It was awesome quality and very good volume, amazing variety of seafood - value for money :-)  Since first time I visited Spectra I often go back there to have Japanese food.Chef Mr. Vladimir is very friendly and always prepare carefully for us. This is one of the best place to try Sashimi Dishes in Gurgaon !!

Spectra is a beautiful Multi cuisine Restaurant with Seven live cooking stations. Sitting adjacent to the glass wall has beautiful outide view. Staff is very friendly. Spectra has wide range of special wines and you will get chance to visit wine cellar and choose the wines.

The ambiance is superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Mr Abhishek Kumar (Sous Chef). We enjoyed your delicious food Awesome restaurant with excellent food!

Good breakfast spread with good service

Went in covid days. Service, hygiene was good.Buffet spread was very much reduced but prices were same-old. Wouldnt recommend it atleast in covid days.

Well this is definitely not the experience one expects from Leela. Visited them on my anniversary and spoiled my evening. Requested server to provide soup sticks and breads while I carried my soup to my table, was acknowledged but was never served. Got some not so great Daal and Paneer from Indian counter, waited forever for them to serve bread, nobody bothered to serve. Walked up to the Pizza/Pasta counter, no one was around to take order. Food was definitely not worth the money and service just spoiled the evening. Complained to the server, told him didnt get bread and I am not happy. Chef walks up and offers apology with a box of chocolates. I left the chocolates for them to enjoy because it would not compensate for the evening gone bad. You walk-in a star rated restaurant and hotel not just for food (which anyways was not great) but for the service and experience as well, which was pathetic. Not gonna recommend Spectra to anyone any more. Would suggest people to avoid it on special occasions for sure.

The ambience of the place was really good.. however the food preparation time was really long. It took us 3 hours for our buffet to complete.The food taste was good but frankly I didnt liked those desserts.However they provide you with best quality of drinks and the ingredients in the food were so fresh that you can feel the real taste of each vegitable.If they could further improve the taste of their food as per Indian taste buds too.. this place is worth a visit for the perfect dinner/date.
