The place has just opened on Southport mall. The food is excellent especially the tandoori food. Awesome food especially the chicken tikka, seekh kebab, onion kulcha, galouti kebab were excellent. The soya chaap and tikka can be improved. The atmosphere is very soothing with background music and a red velvet theme. Loved it!!!! But you have to be careful while eating two different things. The food here causes food poisoning

Been here a number of times. So far excellent service with friendly and efficient staff. Tried different kebabs which were good. Basics like tandoori roti and dal are well cooked. Easy going and quiet ambience for a relaxing meal. The single improvement would be to have menu options for a single diner.

Good ambience . Delicious food. Excellent service - quick and cordial. Much better than highly rated Gurgaon restaurants which could not satisfy bong taste buds ;-)Recommendation : paneer kurkur and ulte tawa ka paratha

Great food and best service.

I have been here two and three times. But yesterday service is disappointing me. Service was not good and kulfi is not as per price.

One of the best place for Indian cuisin in Gurgaon.Just one word for Food & service at Karavaan wow.Worth to visit for their Dal Karavaan, Galouti kebab ,tandoori raan ,pudina paratha and Shahi nihari.I will surely visit again and again for trying their other dishes.Highly recommended....
