There is no management in the interview they take interviews of more than 50 candidates in a single day and cannot confirm you in one day they will waste your 2-3 in interviews they do not have systems to take the interviews of the candidates you have to run upwards and downwards for the interview entire day they do this things and waste your hole day.So please if you dont to waste your time and money dont go for the interview.

Very cheap company, they only harrass their employees, I was working in SBI Inbound process, here Team leaders like Mazid, Ravindra, Vivek were behaving with their employees very pathetically. they only know how to disrespect their group members. Even salary is very less which is unsatisfactory. They hold the salary of employee without any reason.

Too much less salary and work load is more, worst management, Canteen is garbage, Working environment in the floor is HORRIBLE. In SBI Inbound process, Team leaders and trainers like (MAZID , TARAKESHWAR) dont know how to behave with the new joiners. There is no one to help in the floor. It feels Pathetic inside the company. If there was an option for giving it a minus star I would have gone for that, it is a worst company anyone can work for, the trainer for rbl inbound Shahin is worst, I informed her about my health issues nd also informed her that i m unable to report at the office but still she marked my attendance as ABS due to which my salary got hold and she have done the same with many of my batchmates as well, they do not trust even 1% on there employees and expect there employees to give there 100% trust and efforts for the company. I would recommend instead of wasting your time for this company wait for vacancy in other companies.

It was quite nice,I liked few things I disliked one thing.The thing I like was the company environment and management.I loved the people I met there.Guards were taking care of Covid-19 issue too.The one bad thing was the reason which they told me.Actually there I was for an interview.I was not selected, and it was okay.But, at least they should have tell me that you are not selected for this particular reason.Im was an experienced from a well known company, My English communication is not so bad.So, the guy who was interviewing me, he says nothing, I thought it was an easy interview and I cleared,But the ladies on the reception told me that you are not selected.I asked her the reason, but she had only information about what not for why.

Ive worked at this company for more than 6 months now, and I have a lot to say, which unfortunately, there is not enough space for in this tiny review.So, Ill just say that Ive always had a bad experience working at major corporations, and this company stands out because of how different it is, and how decent the people here are.Or maybe Im just lucky, and the team I work for is great, but the rest of the company is full of nasty people. From what Ive seen and heard, that is actually possible.However, if you are an L&D professional, a trainer or anything similar, my advice would be to close your eyes and join here without a second thought, if you ever get the opportunity. Im sure youll end up happy, just like me.

Nice place. Nearest possible metro station is Huda City Centre. Near to Airtel HQ and Maruti Plant. Almost sufficient parking outside the premises (inside car parking only for senior posts). Nice ambience inside company. Some food stalls outside premises and company has a decent canteen. Staff is ok-ok type (depends on your bonding with them!). Around 10 - 13k in hand for freshers. Shuttle service available. Overall RECOMMENDED 👍

Its ok If I say about this place because security guards are rude they dont answer you correctly I went there because of my interview and it was really time consuming I had to wait there for like 5 hours for just 3 rounds of interview Hr is also rude his name is Parvez he just repeat questions that he already asked to you. Overall experience is ok. And also they offer you very low salary as compare to other companies out there wheather you are experienced or fresher or graduate or under-graduate.

The worst management I had ever seen in organisation. AM and BHR are selfish in this organisation especially in third grade process name called CPP. I joined TP and worked with Spectra and Snapdeal process and the management was supportive at that time however when I moved into CPP, I got a clear picture of management of this process. BHR are not doing their job correctly and they never took decision for the betterment of employee instead of this, they follow decisions of management like commanding dolls.If anyone wants to spoil their carrier after working for this organisation for 4years then welcome to TP.

I went for the interview there at 9am and I came around 6 pm, vo bhi bs 2 round de ke chod diya I understand vha walk-in interview hote h but there are ZERO management . There are no place to sit, no place to eat even no place for the interviews there are very small rooms where they take different different rounds and the HRs and Interviewers are worst they treat the candidates like servants, they behave and speak very rudely except 1-2 interviewers Baki sab pta nhi kis baat ke attitude me the yha tak ki guards bhi. Teleperformance is a mnc bhot naam h but I think they need to change all HR staff and place some management for the candidates. Trust me I will never go there in any cost.

Good organisation to work with, friendly trainers and HR always available to help you. But uh have to be discipline during the working hours which is important. Great earnings but uh have to give the hard work. They provide uh shuttle only for employees who live in Delhi.

So much crowd like railway station.Nasa level checking lol for employess,most important no 4 wheelar parking ,no 2 wheeler parking...one thing they do exceptionally well is barking. Never work there unless you are in bad situation.

I recently appeared for the interview round and get selected as of the company.The process was too long as it took around 9 hours to complete.so, please carry food along with you.If you are from South Delhi so, it would better to use your own vehicle.They provide cabs to their employees generally they would provide you for Faridabad but I dont know much about Delhi sides cabs.But you could opt for interstate bus services they charge less or metro.Metro and bus stop both of the location is near to the location so, you dont need to worry about.Auto drivers charges a lot. I mean who would ask you for 1 km 20 rupees.So I reached to the location at sharp 10 oclock and then I submitted my documents.I would say guard was friendly in nature after cross checking your documents they would provide you visitor id through id you could go inside and appear for the interview.(Carry original and Xerox copy of adhar card and CV)There were 4 round.1. First round- Introduction (300 appear for the same and reached 30 in next round)2. Second round- technical round (30 appear)3. Personality test on computer4. Offers letter would given to u to sign.(If would fetch your another 30 minutes so carry pen and documents)One of the great organisation to work.They would treat you as their family members and care for your family.Good cafeteriaGood parking facilitiesBe authentic with your answers.And please be friendly to janitor or guards of the organisation they would help you a lot.I am sharing with you my personal experience.Thanks

They said to me wait outside for the interview from the gate .when I tell him that how can I stand in sunlight .so, they said that agar apko dhup main khada nhi hona aata to aap yahan se chale jao koi interview nhi hoga aapka ,bahar niklo yahan se .Then I stand at the door and wait for 4 hours . When I again said please let me come atleast at the reception area so, They refused .At that moment they used some abusive words in front of me that was so bad . I feel that management was so worst.I also shal not recommend that place for start your career ..gurards was so rude .If I gave them 0 stars so,I fell that 0 is reputed numeric value in front of teleperformance that is located in mg road plot no. 96 ...

Fake process in CPP . Fraud activities

Roads outside are dilapidated, & area is congested due to street food vendors. The building is quite good, clean & well maintained though. Almost all corporate premises in udgoy vihar are well-maintained but the nearby roads need a serious overhaul. Recommend a cab to visit this area, do not come in open seating type vehicles such as motorbikes or auto rickshaws.
