It happen when my Husband lost his job and Michael Page Gurgoan team gave a call to husband after looking his profile (Senior Finance position) and had telephonic conversation and after that they call my Husband to visit Michael Page office in Gurgoan for discussing some Job opportunity.My husband travelled more than 100 KM from Faridabad to Michael Page office in Gurgoan to meet that gentleman and had long one hour interaction explaining the reason of loseing his Job and share his deep experience as senior finance professional.But thats very sad and unfortunate they did not discussed any single opportunity, and advise to apply online Job at Michael Page website.I really dont understand how it is dignified to call a Senior position professional (may be he lost his Job) just for sake of meeting that too travelling distance of 100KM and nothing appreciable.

This was my first experience with Michael Page and it was just amazing. I was in touch with Nikhil Yadav from the Finance Team who successfully got me placed as well. An extremely unprofessional, misguided & defensive team. One would have thought that the handling of C level executives is met by senior consultants but Michael Page would definitely prove you wrong. They apparently are okay with letting brand new employees contact C level clients and present unrealistic demands in order to meet sales targets. Keep in mind, the employee in question was one that had just entered the recruitment industry. Then again, its understandable because how else would one learn right? But it does not end there. When one wants to leave valuable feedback regarding what was experienced - A late evening call from a highly defensive senior consultant does the trick from them. Tells a lot about a company & their culture where the senior consultant is leading by example. Thinking twice before considering Michael Pages services would be the understatement of the decade.

Very professional team. Easily amongst the best when it comes to understanding job profiles and candidate work experience. They employ subject matter experts, who clearly have a much better understanding of the areas they are recruiting for. Vikas Sharma was hands on with the entire recruitment process, and helped find the right fit for me.

They will bluntly turn you away from the reception itself. All the good reviews here seems fake. Its a gross waste of time if youre considering visiting them.

Full points for aggressive followup once a position is close to being final. Definite scope for improvement though in terms of sharing feedback with a candidate on what went well or didnt, giving realistic timelines and just really keeping them in the loop of how things are progressing - even if they are not going the right way :) (This is when most recruiters fall into the vanishing trap :D )

Absolutely unprofessional people. I had called Riya Jathalni 4 times and everytime she said shell get back which she never did. Their mailbox is full and no one answers their phone. The whole experience has been horrifying.

Good Job Consultancy when it comes to appear for any Top Management Roles like Managing Director, Department Head, Executive Director and Vice President etc. It offers its placement services across India under various popular domains of our time. Although you need to register on their website first as they dont allow unexpected walkins!

Though British Council as a company is a great place to work, but I was informed by Anshul that the work location will be Gurgaon and that the salary would be tax free. Owing to the reputation of Michael page I shifted my career path and relocated to Gurgaon from Pune. To my sheer shock, the location was Delhi and there was no tax free salary.

My experience as a potential candidate was the smoothest I have ever experienced. I was hired in HR team of a management consulting organisation. The consultant Smiti Rastogi is a very transparent and emotionally intelligent person.Her contribution in flawless communication between the client and candidate is impressive. PHISHING WARNINGS !!Michael Page do not have any ethics they do only phishing .. what it means is Michael page will ask you to apply for a fake job they create for you and once you consent they will sell your confidential data to your current employer.

Their job posting are always for VP, Head, Senior managers, Directors positions. They never post job roles for freshers, mid-level, associate level positions. I guess they get more money for higher positions.Michael Page USA has various roles offers, why Michael Page India discriminates other roles.Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
