I applied many times like 10+ from companies websites for the Post of Process Associate-Accounts ,but no revert from the HR department except a thank you mail which is autogenerated, I dont Know why is that career page there on companys website when HR are not actively recruiting people from there, this is really bad impression for me , I talked to HR they also talked with me rudely however they said that they are forwarding my CV but again no process and no information its now 2 months I am Just trying. Someone please guide me 🙂

As a company lot of Dynamics are there but not employee friendly.. everything goes through multiple iterations of approvals, and getting approval is employees responsibility. So its like a infinite loop. Flexibility is good, one can have a good work life balance depending on the nature of work manager and team.

Such a poor Human Resource in Genpact. Ask people to wait for the next round and never been called again, until i woke them up. Building structure may be good, but if the HR are ill, the company will be suck.
