Price of land is half of Jankipuram, which is just 1.5 km. before Arjun Enclave, but pollution-free area. You cant afford 1000 sq feet house in Jankipuram within 60-65 lacs. If you go Jankipuram Garden, private colony, too requires 50 lacs, which is 750-1000 meters from Kursi Road. Arjun Enclave is cheaper to Jankipuram Garden and more close to Kursi Road.

It is gated residential colony developed by builder. Initially, plots were sold. But now ready to move houses are available. Presently occupancy is less but in 2 to 3 years, more people will reside here. Roads are still in construction and few lanes inside the township is having interlocking roads. Connecting road from township to Kursi road is in very bad condition. Specially It is very difficult in rainy season. Roads inside the township is little narrow and it is very difficult to overtake two cars. There is no park is planned inside the township. Recommended being budget homes.
U cant see any board of society at the outer main road, its just hidden
