No.1 worst Place. we have taken Samsung A.C. here. the installation is by local technician not by samsung technicians. after the installation of 3 months the gas has gone. when we complaint to customer care the samsung technician told the installation was not done properly. I suggest to go only for vijaysales or bajaj electronics where they had direct tie up with company technicians. I give zero rating for reliance digital as this is worst place. dont lure in the trap of the offers

First thing to mention is, it is well sanitized place. Coming to the products, well, you get to see a wide range of products. I dont know about pricing and discount details. And also there is enough staff to receive the customers.And coming to the main part, I agree that the staff is well trained. But in a customer perspective I expect more polite behavior from them. I can say that they are well trained but it is definitely not customer oriented service.

Make sure you dont have anything crawling in ur rice bag when you are buying a 25kg rice bags..worth Rs.1000..Bcoz I have seen crawling inserts in few of those bags

One of the worst most negligence and most irresponsible staff .whent for a duplicate sim card and done all the process and hand over the sim card but they didnt even activated my sim card they did some showoff . next day they said that we didnt activated the sim card pay the activation amount again..so that we can activate the sim ....these stores guys are collecting money in these way for their snacks and tea expenditure..wasting customer time and money

Reliance digital is well equipped but not up to date to cater the various tastes of people that may vary. Apart from that the staff is really ambient and they try to help you to your convenience for the maximum time. We were confused about the laptop to buy but finally with the help of the staff here.We finally chose a good laptop under our budget and we got many goodies including a jbl Bluetooth speaker worth 2.5k and also earphones worth 1k. This place is good but if it was more updated then it wouldve been perfect 5 star showroom for gadgets.

I have an pathetic experience with my latest purchase from this store where I was charged extra as the no.of items billed is different to what I have purchased. I tried reaching out to store manager on this issue but I was told thats how thier Billing/invoicing works which is totally unacceptable.Their billing system is very unclear and misleading to the customer and also sales staff is not able to explain the reason for price discrepancies or even doesnt have knowledge on accurate/standard pricing info maintained for thier products.I am not sure if this issue is with this one store and Reliance being an nation-wide company and also I have been using thier wide range of services cant even imagine that thier billing system would be this poor and misleading to customers 😒

Pathetic customer service. It has been a week since we bought an AC. Paid full amount and product was to be delivered next day, but it is still not delivered. AC sales SPOC Shafeeq is very unprofessional. They dont even call and inform why is it not getting delivered. When we call they are giving lame excuses like, product had damages, new product has to come from Vijayawada. No one takes responsibility!!! I recommend not to buy from Reliance store. Chose other local stores who give better customer service.

Selling 2nd hand products when any problem has come, they are playing fraud activities with the help of resq. Why I am telling this means I purchased washing machine there is a problem started since day one onwards, when I call for service for resq they started cheating customers and telling no problem because of inefficient workers from resq. But problem identified by Whirlpool. It shows the negligence of Reliance.

These mall gives us shopping with comfort. On last Sunday I visited this place.with my Friend and cousin nearby my home These section have so many items to shop of electronic items like refrigerator, air conditioners and washing machines.and also we saw some music and video items. There were reliance Jio Sims and phones... They provide self servicing of electronic products freely and delivery of items are free.... We visited many shops but these is enjoyable and refreshment. Maintenance of parking should be provided so more comfortable..
