Volkswagen cars are good. Compared with other cars they have strong body and security wise they good. If you want you can buy at this location but dont give for service here. They are only for theirs money but not for customer satisfaction. Worst management and worst services. No responsibility.

Below average.People here are not at all professionals.They like billing, billing and more billing.When it comes to work... its truly worthless.I dont know whether they are certified professionals or not. I didnt get this impression on day1. After so many experiences and I am saying this.Also I am finding some things are broken when receiving the car post service. But its a car and you could not verify them on the day of deliver.My opinion is dont giveoverrating on customer satisfaction call which is making them too lazy to answer atleast basic customer queries.If it is a service, atleast once in awhile go for inspection by a professional outside to know whether they are doing their job or not. AC filters change, engine oil change like that. Notice whats happening and record a small video if you are attending any bodyshop work before hand overing your car for service. This is just for your future purpose. No need to trust them blindly.Their paint booth is worst. When you are going for paint works carefully examine you will find bubbles. Or you can touch with your hand and youll know it.Parts are on M.R.P and 2% card swiping charges are there. See when 2% is important to them, your car and your money is equally important. For every rupee you deserve satisfaction.Initially I thought consumer forum is difficult to reach. Trust me guys register your grievance on consumer forum online for free. The reset some high profile person from the car company will take care your issue but be genuine with your grievence.Also, you can initiate complaint with customer care or consumer forum even post vehicle delivery.All the best!

Need to improve a lot in service,went for self mortor issue and service team suggested to replace,I agree the proposal fortunately new self mortor not available and they brought from vijayawada this is really Appreciated.but the fun part is they used my own vehicle including toll fee for transport the sphere.Typical AP customer service,they are running German cars but mind set is not qualified as German service.But I am giving 4 rating as customer Advisor Mr Saradhi helped me to solve my issue and delivered the car as per agreed time line.

The showroom and service centre are in the same premises. The service centre staff are not very responsive. They took their time to receive the car for servicing despite having an appointment. They have not explained the work involved and optional work that can be done at that time. Similarly they have not explained the work done and it’s billing.The car needed damage repair also. I had to convince them to deliver in a reasonable time. The painting charges were higher than what I expected. The work was okay.

Service was OK, but the staff are not experiencedMy car studs and bearing were damaged (which they said, dont know for sure) , they said its under Warrenty and it takes a week to get the parts if i want to replace it under warranty, they said parts cost 1800 if I want to replace it without WarrentyThis is my only car, I cannot leave it here for 1 week, So I decided to come after 1 week, this Guntur showroom is 140 km from my place . When I took my car after a week, they told the parts are NOT under warranty as I crossed more than 20000 km (my ODO was 30000 km at that time they mentioned the same in the bill also) which the service representative FAILED to NOTICE before telling me about Warrenty, finally I landed up paying Rs.6000 for the whole assembly, which again the service representative failed to anticipate the cost, I wasted time and money going there again and again because of there negligence and inexperience
