Sri Rama lingeswara swami temple history goes back to 1st cenrury ad. It was worshipped by Vishukundina king madavavarma..Amaravati kings...Kota kings...kakatiyas...Reddy kings...etc. The temple is rich with more than 30 inscriptions which tells 100s of years of temple history. Its a really great place.
