Worst & Pathetic experience from this store. on 3rd Feb 2021 I purchased a washing machine (Voltas) which is damaged from inside, when I, my self demand for exchange the store manager not even ready to take responsibility to the error and least bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I got exchanged after arguing for 3hours and excess payment of 2000rs for the exchange process and transport.
