This is the last place you should go for your peripherals. Why? For one, the dude with glasses is so rude and audacious. He doesnt know the proper way of interacting with the customers. Behaves like a rogue when we ask questions about a particular product. Dont expect any good customer support for your electronics if they get damaged. Youre better off dealing with the warranty RMA on your own than face his arrogancy.To sum up, this store is not worth your time if youre in the market for buying electronics.

I already bought a brothers printer from them two years back for which I had faced problem while registering on brothers website. When I called them for help I got arrogance and attitude as reply which was quite opposite to the behaviour I have seen while purchasing the printer. They assured me of any help while purchasing which was not true.My second experience with SriRam (My mistake to go to them again ).So in the hope that I would get a good deal with the Epson printer which I want to purchase, went to them. But what I got was arrogance from them. They even dont know the model numbers which I had asked them. In turn the person asked me to show him the model from my mobile and even the price from online sites. I have never seen this kind of behaviour. Then also he didnt tell their price. He demanded me to tell him the model number and date on which I want to purchase the printer in order to tell the printer price. It is common sense that a customer has to know the price of any item to decide whether to buy it or not. But according to SRIRAM you have to first decide the item you have to buy and also you should tell the date with money in hand.So please avoid this shop and better try from online sites.

Worst service Some people takes spare parts in the systems i gave a lape with 1000 gb but it is now showing 130 gb what happend some thing magic is happening inside the shop be careful customers
