Great collection of electronics but horrible service. They take 30 - 45 minutes just for billing and if you take finance the staff will tell to you that they will give you zero interest, but at the time of billing they will charge intrest. I tried buying Macbook, they told me its zero interest financing but after making me wait 1 hour and completing the billing they have charged me 11 thousand intrest and the attitude of the financing staff was horrible, the person who processed my finance was rude and made a face like he was giving me money out of his pocket. The billing staff doesnt know how any process works, they have to call somebody every time they get a doubt. They are not trained properly about procedures and are completely clueless.

I went to get Oppo A74 5G mobile but it was not available, they said I need to pay Rs 5000 to book the mobile so that they can arrange it in couple of days but unfortunately I had to leave the town so couldnt buy the mobile.Support staff are courteous and helpful.

Better to provide Bosch and Siemens products and some like sharp etc., just my opinion only.

Staff has zero training on product features, Selling and customer dealing experience.. They made us sit for an hour to check on stock and updated prices.. We compromised for our needs and purchased product but billing was another problem as most of them doesnt know how to do billing!!! Lost couple of hours just to buy a small product.. My God!I request croma team to train staff first to make them know about the product they are selling and how to deal with customers and do the billing. I believe that is the least any employee should know.. Writing this detailed review as I respect Tata and cant see croma ruining it!

I have visited the store today and I found that it’s like a circus without any entry fee. None of the employees have manners roaming here and there. They don’t know how to treat a customer. They don’t know any product details. I think they don’t have any knowledge about the products and no one knows how to bill at the billing station. Totally I’m giving 0/5.

Not that huge display of items and most of the items are not in stock. No discounts and trying to understand do I have atleast one advantage in buying from Croma. Did not find any advantage. So preferred amazon for my buying.
