Amazing. Definitely Ford. I am from Bangalore, I was travelling. I visited the service center as the brake pads of my Figo 2015 were worn, Ford fixed it in less than an hour with nominal labour charges. Everything was amazing from the service to the customer lounge, dont know whats gotten into peoples mind with all the negativity around. Own a Ford and you will know it is worth every penny. Worst Service ever.. I would never recommend ford car owners to reach to this for service. I have given my vehicle for first service and they have not checked even a single problem and returned the vehicle without proper cleaning. I have sent it back then also the same result. Reached the customer care and complained about same but still the quality of service is worthless. I think ford needs better supervision on their service Centers for better customer service experience.

My name is sk moulabuday Iam from chilakaluripet i visited lakshmi ford guntur i had a wrost experience with lakshmi ford as well as narender javvadi ( manager) and ford team. When i visited They told me simple problem (ingine head problem they want surface the head layer )but they totaly opened my ingine and lastly said my ingine is totally damaged but my ingine is good condition they told me that i want buy a new assembled ingine the cost is 150000rs.they waste my time and my money .firstly they not notice the my vehicle problem my vehicle is senord based vehicle they full losed me.they told me pay advance i also paid advance 15000rs iam not understanding that its showroom or anything.my experience is road side mechanic is best even lakshmi ford team.

Response to the customer is very poor. Inspite of Covid pandemic most of them are not wearing the mask.This is the first time that I am facing this type of response in my 10 years association with Ford.

Service is good and relationship manager behaviour is wise and clear but when comes to billing section they are very eager to get money in different types of items in invoice. please make sure that invoice is verified because they expect more money from service.

Ford Car Show Room Nice

One of my frd faced this issue.This thread is going to be a long one, please bear with me.My Name is Harish Kara and I live at Hyderabad. I along with my wife have purchased a Ford Ecosport TDCi 1.5L Diesel Titanium- Silver (Black Edition) on 25.05.2016 at Modi Ford, Hyderabad.As things stand, while traveling out of town on 03.09.2016, I took the vehicle to Lakshmi Ford Service station at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh as the Engine Malfunction Check light went on. I was informed by the Service Station that it is a small issue and will be addressed quickly. Whereas a couple of hours later I was informed by the Service Station that the vehicle met with minor accident as the driver/mechanic, driving the car for test post service, has rammed the car into another car ahead at excessive speeds. I reached the service station and found out that the accident was not a minor one and it resulted in excessive damage to my car. This Car has clocked only 2800Km till dateLakshmi Ford has suggested to get the car repaired by making a claim from my insurance company, for no fault of mine. The damage caused is entirely due to the negligence of Fords Service Center personnel for which I should not be made to pay a price.In this context, I have asked the service center (who is also Ford dealer) to replace the car with a new one as the accident has been caused due to the negligence of Ford’s personnel and also vehicle is brand new and I am not ready back to take a damaged car the value of which has already dropped considerably owing to this accident even if repaired and given back. The dealer turned a deaf ear and did not even bother to meet or respond to my mails and phone calls.Then I request Ford India to intervene and make sure this issue resolves quickly. As it is a clear case of negligence and carelessness by Ford’s Personnel who did not even take the basic precautions to maintain minimum safe distance from the vehicles ahead. Ford India replied me stating that they do not have any legal responsibility for the accident but have offered to get the Vehicle repaired at the cost of Dealership which was totally not agreeable to me as even if repaired the value of the car has already been considerably lost due to excessive damage for which I should not be made to suffer and also I cannot drive this car again with same confidence as I drive an accident free car. Ford’s response that they do not have any legal responsibility for the accident that was caused by the negligent driving of their personnel is pathetic.Left with no option other than to proceed legally we have sent a legal notice through our Lawyers to Ford and the Dealership asking them once again to resolve the issue at the earliest. Instead, we received a reply from the dealership that the dealership is not responsible even to get the car repaired and I should get the car repaired claiming costs from my Insurer, and the driver and owner of Vehicle to which my car has collided. On one-hand Ford offers to repair the Vehicle free of cost and on the other hand dealer is threatening to collect a parking fee of Rs 250 per day from the customer for the vehicle lying at their service station. This clearly shows the arrogance and Highhandedness with which Ford and the Dealership have been handling this issue.It has been more than a month since we have been waiting for the issue to be resolved and believe me, Ford has handled this very badly so far. How can Ford India authorize a service centre where its personnel don’t take a minimum precautions when driving a customer car? Ford has been assuring its customers of a family like experience. Recently approached this dealer to buy ecosport sports version. They have explained very well about all the features with proper covid precautions, given test drive n delivered the vehicle in time. I am not happy with service. Steering audio control button is not functioning properly and front glass cover not yet fixed. During the service I was told that they have ordered the parts related to it and they call me back in 4 days to get it fixed. Also I have observed that the side mirrors are making noise after the service done.

Parking to outside vehicles is limited. The facilities and office ambience at this place are good. Staff are friendly. If you wish to buy a ford car from here, do not blindly trust the staff. They will reveal the details to customer only on need to know basis. They will quote higher prices than the usual prices mentioned in the ford official website. You need to cross check properly. One thing i like here most is that u can see your vehicle getting serviced sitting in AC lounge.Transparency is good. Physically challenged people can also access this place and get their work done easily.. Public transport is also available to reach this place.

Its really a nice experience of buying ford ecosport from Lakshmi ford Guntur. Excellent Sales team and superb service... Especially Mr Siva, has got great experience in terms of providing proper sales support to take the right decision.

Recently Ive purchased Ford Aspire in Lakshmi Ford (GUNTUR-ANDHRA PRADESH),After delivering the vehicle sales person named SHIVA demanding money and now he is harrassing meLakshmi Ford(Guntur) not given car billAfter purchasing the car they installed the seat covers and foot mats in showroom and they charged 20,000Sales man named SHIVA enroute my car to SF CAR DECOR shop they installed LED FOG LAPMS and they charged 8000(Those LED FOG LAPMS are not branded one)Before installing LED FOG LAPMS i refused,Sales person forcibly took me to the SF Car decors and they installed LED fog lamps,even though I refused they installedLakshmi Ford sales persons are behaving rudely towards me....worst experience I had ever seenLakshmi Ford GUNTUR-ANDHRA PRADESH Sales executives are money minded and now they are threating meShame on you

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST. Never got any update from them. We have waited hrs in their showroom. And also even after 1 week of wait, we have called them. They wont inform or update you at all.
