I have taken hair smoothing service done by Suresh. as you can see the photos which attached that was result of my service.that hair lose just in one day.please dont take smoothing service here .this is my sincere advice to everyone. they dont know processes of smoothing sevices.after getting huge valume of hair fall I contacted back to them ratherthan their mistakes are blaming customer I know that little bit hair fall in smoothing service but this is huge hair fall my friends also taken smoothing services from different saloons but they never face any problem finally the service was worst they ask for reason blaming the customer.

Its a good experience to attend the place. Well maintained. Good receiving. Well mannered staff. Best quality products used. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I agree that the pandemic allowed the cost of many emenities to increase but this wasnt fair is what I felt. I dont understand why a kids haircut would cost above 1200/-. Later that I questioned, the price was reduced to 800/- which including taxes was 994/-. The hair cut with a prewash added ofocurse, was only a normal baby cut with no much styling done. The stylist dint even use a proper roller brush to style and dry the hair post the haircut. What was the 1000/- worth of! I dont get it. This was my first experience at studio 11 ..sorry to say that I was displeased. Can improve.P.S: the same haircut in a much better way for my other child, costed less than 800/- at one of the top salons in Guntur. I had to come here just bcoz i couldnt get the appointment at that place.

Studio 11 was recently open in Guntur, it was a nice experience to visit studio 11, I recommend to take services from SURESH he is professional..

Am really thankful to SURESH of Studio 11,i went with realy a messy hair on one side. messy means messy. I lost hopes decided to cut my hair till jawline actually which is near hip length. But SURESH with lots of patience made it possible to get back to normal smoothy hair. He took so much care n time to make it normal without cutting my hair. Am really so so so happy n thankful to MR SURESH. God bless him 👍👍

***** Rating in Negative******I’ve visited guntur for the first time and reached out to studio 11 for bridal makeup services trusting the long chain of saloons in HyderabadThe bridal makeup was for both bride and groom, the service was too bad. They accepted the appointment even if there was no makeup artist available for groom.The person applied makeup on groom has no knowledge and the makeup artist who was busy applying makeup for bride(myself) is instructing the sequences of the products to be applied. The hairstyle for groom went worst and appeared to be baldThe groom would have looked far better without this service, we would regret and recall this incident everytime we see the photos of reception.Even the bride makeup has become patchy after reaching the venueWe requested the photographer to correct all the flaws given by the honoured STUDIO 11 STAFF

I visited this salon for a haircut n color. I was well received. My experience is satisfying. Had a good haircut n color. The foot massage by Sudhakar raju is very very soothing n pleasant. Felt relaxed. The reception and hospitality was good. Great facility with nicely done interiors. The pricing is low n they also allowed discount over that. Overall rated as Outstanding.
