Bought a 2 bed room apartment 15 years ago and it was good and i recently bought another 2 years ago and i have ton of issues with this builder. Here is a list of things that builder did not do.1. Did not complete the compound wall 2. Generator left out side without any cover. 3. No lid for the water tank. 4. Blocked sump area/man holes with dust, cement and gunny bags . 5. single coating of paint on main gates 6. did not mark the location of the bore. 6. did not provide power transformer and due to this electric fluctions are coming. Now after 2 years later tiles from the 1,3,5 th floor are falling down risking lives. due to the poor quality of the paint in the first place now all the main gates are getting rusty.
