Worst service I have ever seen in my life, all the front counter staff are kaamchor type, they just transfer the customer to next counter, even though they are standing free but still says, this counter is closed, and divert the customer to the next counter where already there is que.

It surpassed my expectations actually. I believe I found everything over there whatever I was looking for. Offers were not much though today but I believe it keeps on changing so yeah thats cool. Else it was a pleasant experience.

Reliance store charge for carry bag 14rs for small size and 25 rs for large size bag.

Really convenient and has everything youd need in a household

Store is harassing the consumer for purchasing. Packaging not done at payment counter. Made to get all products checked after exit outside store in open and then a long wait of min 10 to 15 minutes for helper or do the packing self out of store gate. Seems only store in India having such strange practice. Store is either not having confidence on its own employees, customers or security systems installed.

Its provide all necessary things but staff members are not good supporter

This is really nice place to buy grocery..One stop solution ..So spacious . Can shop easily. Neat and clean..Staff behavior is really nice. They are cooperative..I always to go this store.

Its amazing that such nice and well maintained store in exists. Only downfall here is that most of the times you dont get good vegetables here and sometimes not even what should be there already.

Nice place for window shopping in Guna local. Have lot of varieties. But not very happy with staff.. as they were not sure about stocks and location of commodities.Also for online shopping from jio mart it takes 3 day for delivery with in Guna which is unexpectedly high.

Reliance has recently opened in Guna.. currently it is serving the following categories: Grocery, cosmetics, hygiene, a bit of stationery and utensils. Prices are Market competitive.Sales person and management persons are really helpful andnknows where exactly the items are placed.I really like the reusable bags concept, where they charge bag for 25 Rs. But the Bag is with lifetime validity. That means if the bag is torn then they will replace it with a new one without any cost. This is really something recommeable.

Nice place for buying houslehold materieals at a good price. You can find all different type of food items as well as dry fruits home utensils. Almost everything of daily use you can found here at a good price. The only thing some items are slightly costlier than market thats why i gave 4 stars otherwise i would have given 5

Yuhoooo, guna got its first reliance mart...no need to go anywhere else to buy grocery, daily needs, friuts, vegiees, munching stuff and pet food...its clothing section was missing when i visited last time... It is quit far from city...but if u want to go for monthly shopping it is better than any other supermarket...
