Great view, good and comfortable rooms, good staff, very good breakfast, and reasonable prices. It is a bit far from the city center, but that does not prevent it from being special. Approximately 80 lira is the value of a taxi to Trabzon Square

Beautiful placeAt the top of a mountain overseeing the lake.Available restaurants nearby.The bad side is the management.If you are lucky you wont need to meet the management, then you will enjoy, if you have a bad luck like mine, then you will hate the whole country.They will give you all the promises you wish to hear but will do none.Bad experience all in all.

Very good hotel, I stayed 4 nights, food is very good, room is clean, view is nice over the lake, not far from center and from there you rode to everywhere..

Booked spa and massage and had it confirmed in writing via whatsapp. The taxi journey took 30 mins to get here, only to be told that they are full and the person who had confirmed had gone home. The receptionist made no attempt to rectify their mistake and the manager refused to talk to us. Very poor for a big resort!

Such a bad hotel! I don’t want to even rate this hotel from how bad it is! We had booked a month prior to coming and requested our rooms to be on a higher floor with the sera lake view. We ended up being given rooms on the -1 floor and facing a kids play area and carstop! They have given our rooms that weve booked long time ago and i mean weeks ago to guests who have booked only a few days before arriving! At the reception the manager refused to help us and all the staff were sitting inside the room having conversations and LEAVING the reception desk empty. If this isn’t rude i honestly don’t know what is AND let alone the fact that they left the reception unattended. We stayed helpless for a long time and they didn’t even bother to try to make it up for us for ANYTHING. If you just want to book a hotel for the sera lake view then i recommend booking by the sea (Ramada plaza hotel is one example to book at) and just head to visit the lake because the rooms in seralake hotel are 2 star quality. Why pay this much for such hotel when you can pay it at a 5 star hotel by the sea with all landmarks around you? Trust me when i say this hotel is not worth it.. the staff are rude, helpless, useless, not family oriented and don’t care about anything but taking your money ! Be careful!!!

Best hotel in Antalya. Food, service, pool and the beach are amazing

I really didn’t like the service here and also the ac broke down and we asked for it to be fixed but they didn’t do it. This is the third day since the ac broke down and its really hot in here, since its also summer.

I recommend this resort , persons are respectively, clean rooms, good view and delicious meals..

The worst resort ever, they lost our laundry and they even tried to made us pay for it!!! The rooms had a bad smell with bugs all over the place!!!

Room had a bad smell to it, stayed there 3 nights and they didn’t clean the room once even when we asked, breakfast buffet was the worst!

Not recommended to stay there because of the dangerous road, very far from the town, no shops around, nobody understands English or any language except turkey, breakfast very simple 3 or 4 kind of cheese with eggs thats it ,

I have booked refundable booking,and after I cancelled my booking ,hotel didn’t returned my advance payment till now,my advice is not to book any room with this hotel.

Rooms were clean, service and food were also good and the view from the balcony was just outstanding. The one star less is because of the receptionist as she was a bit rude.

Basement room, you pay for a high floor room , to eventually get a basement room where you can jump to the street

Very old hotel, need alot of renovation

Very unhappy with the first night …- We booked double room 3 weeks back - with Lake & kitchen . Once we checked in we got surprised it’s not the same room we booked . Once we talked to the manager & reception they said this is only available !!!!!- after two hrs from check in - the lock door didn’t open & they keep the room more than two hrs open with no lock & they couldn’t fix it .Again- once I spoke with the reception she was very rude and un-polite & she said I don’t know what should I do - talk to my manager - once I talked to the manager - she said I am sorry …. We will fix it soon & we don’t have another room …. & it is already 4 hrs waiting & the time is 9.50 Pm where we supposed to go for exploring the area !!!!

Price is a bit more than other hotel with same service

The hotel is wooooooooow. Everything is great about this hotel. The rooms, service, staff and the location is super amaaaaaaazing. I’ll post some photos. The manager is gentle and kind and really helpful. Special thanks to all staff to the manager, kitchen staff, waitresses, recipients and spa girl.Bare in your mind to get a 2 pin adapter for your phone charger.

The hotel was soooo good very clean the stuff very friendly the view very beautiful they have two views one of it lake view and the other see view.they serve very tasty food with resnoble prices and over all the manager of the hotel soon helpful thanks alot to him .

The resort has a great location with beautiful view off the lake and the mountains. The service is good and the room were spacious and clean.The only thing is that I requested a top floor room that wasn’t available upon arrival and I was promised that as soon as one becomes available they will transfer me to it but they didn’t deliver although I stayed for 5 days there and it wasn’t a so busy time

Wonderfully mountain views

The rooms are comfortable and modern, each room has a balcony with a view on sera lake. The breakfast is good. The staff are helpful. However, if you need housekeeping there is a button you have to switch it so they know. They provide bottles of water daily. I would recommend it for families only because they only have large double beds.

Fantastic stay

The location of the hotel is amazing where it overlooks Sera Lake, the mountains and the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. The restaurant in the hotel has a terrace with a great view. If you are staying for multiple days, the spa worths a try. However, in some cases the staff in the reception and the spa were not available specially 8 pm onwards which was the only reason to deduct the one star.

The location of the hotel is very nice over the top of the mountain. The view is breath taking from the room where you can see Sera lake. Room is clean nicely furnished. The staff are friendly. The break fast is reasonable.During our stay there was frequent cat in the electrcity which was very annoying.

I stayed in Seral lake resort in junior suite for 5 nights.Rooms are good with nice views.I would say that more attention is required for cleaning. Tables are not being cleaned regularly. Glasses and cups or towels are not being changed or washed every day.

This is a 4 star hotel. Located in an elevated area above sea level, it offers stunning views over the valleys, the sea and the city. I stayed for three nights and I wanted to relax and it was really worth it. First the staff of the very friendly and helpful. I stayed in three bedroom apartment and it is really clean all round with big spaces. The views are breathtaking, I really enjoyed it.

If you ever visit Trabzon, don’t leave without staying at Sera Lake Resort! The hotel is located in a fantastic location on the top of the hill which offers a spectacular view of Black Sea as well as Sera Lake. The resort also offers a spa, Turkish bath, and massage service which is also worth trying for sure. The staff is really friendly and kind for whatever question or request you have. I would strongly recommend having open buffet in the morning at the hotel instead of going to nearby restaurants because their buffet is SUPER DELICIOUS particularly the local dish “kuymak” made of butter, corn flour and lots of cheese 😋

So the hotel it self is good, actually really good for the price your paying. However, they do not serve alcohol and their menu is the same for lunch and dinner which gets boring after a day especially if ur planning to detox and relax there is not much to do around that area.The staff are really nice and welcoming.

Ok view is good, but everything else is ordinary.No pool, no kids area however they have hamam, sauna, jacuzzi and roof restaurant.Koftec or kabab is ordinary and maybe less tasty than specialised restaurants.. But they have good service and nice reception.Ive stayed during summer and it was full no room to spare for upgrade...Lake View is ok... But not a big deal.

Very clean and modern hotel ..panorama views to sera lake and to the sea.Amazing weather all seasons due to its location top of yildizli mountain.Welcoming helpful staff...the spa manager speaks english and arabic , the spa serving fitness hall , many kinds of masaj ,turkish bath,sauna and steam room..The hotel is very good selection for enjoying and relaxing.
