Front desk staff is pathetic, uneducated, cannot speak or understand hindi, after booking the online appointment early morning they do not register your name but sends the patients arriving after you as per their wish, you have to wait long hours if you are unknown to them. They have no professional approach neither sequence order to follow.After seeing the doctor, the nurse will ask you the question NOT the doctor and takes it to the doctor and brings the medicine prescription (it happened today). What is the doctor for if nurse interacts and ask you what happened instead of doctor?Unprofessional and casual approach by the hospital overall. Find a better hospital.

Unprofessional staff. The staff dont know any language other than Kannad.Its very difficult to converse with them especially if you are an outsider.However Doctor (Radiologist) is great at behaviour and profession. She treated the patients very nicely and made them feel comfortable. Only for this Doctor I would suggest people this hospital.

Keep personal belongings and money with yourselves. Chance of being theft.Dr is very good and cooperative and deals with patients very patiently. No place of ego and personal grudge here. Everyone is treated with care. Service to mankind is service to God.

Over night staffs are also available. Staffs are helpful to take care of the patient during emergency. Dr Meghna Kamalapurkar is friendly and professional. Her staffs are also good in taking care of the patients. Place is so hygienic. Bike parking is available and car parking is available near to the hospital. They accept cash as well as NEFT. Theyve emergency Fire service too. Reception place is good to accommodate 50-60 people. AC wards are also available. Drinking water facility is available.
