They are providing worst service on the mi phone models. They have repaired and totally ruined my smartphone. Actually I approached them for the replacement of mobile battery. After the replacement also the battery was having backup problems and draining problems and it was not fully charging. Then I again approached them and reported the problem. They replaced the battery again by saying the battery is complaint. Then after 2 months the battery swelled and display bulged again. It cost me more to change both the display and battery from another mobile service center. So upon my experience , I advise mi users not to approach the store for services .

I had a fault in my usb port ..... It was in warranty but their guidelines said my problem wasnt covered ...... But the service was quick ..... I gave in the morning andcreceived in the evng ..... But the business hours should be longer .... And the technicians left before time ..... But service for minor issues was fast enough .....

Particularly for mi mobile service is very quick & fast

Its actually MI and Micromax authorized service center and you have to wait because service is not fast and only one counter works
