They are maintaining well records. they respond quickly in local language and hindi. Plots have good demand but need some more time to get more demand. Airlines also started near to the ventures.

They have office from last 8 years, at same place. I am visiting them from last many years. From day first and till today they havent upgraded. Can you imagine there is NOT even a single PC in the office? Still they are maintaining big books and taking hours to find any record.The staff dont know how to send emails and not even able to speak Hindi or English.

Good deals but delayed services

All are money minded. they are taking money from public from past 5 years. Still their greediness is not fulfilled. After completion of their 5 years term, now they are asking more money from public, in the name of development charges.One of partner Basavaraj patil, who does not know how to talk with customer. He talks as if he gave free plot to all.

Biggest cheater even after 5 year of there development no increase in there land value ........No development work still started .....
