Bought birthday flowers for my wife in Aug. They were the pink roses it was over 110.00 total I paid. The next day most of them were dead. Called and the person working said they would have someone to call me. No call from them. The day after that they were all dead.

Ordered flowers here for a family funeral...never received them. No call...until we called them. Gave some trumped up excuse. I dont care, I still had to attend a funeral where I didnt get to send flowers because I trusted the wrong florist. Never again. Horrible service, didnt even really apologize. Go somewhere else.

I go to webers everytime I need flowers from dances to funerals. They do beautiful arrangements and have very reasonable prices. They even have helped me in last minute arguments. I highly recommend Webers for your flower needs.

The flowers I order for my granddaughter were beautiful. Weber’s went out of their way to help me after problems I had with Avas Flowers. I just received a picture from my granddaughter and words can not describe them. Weber’s took the time to ask me about her favorite colors and made an arrangement so amazing that I can not thank them enough. I will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order yesterday for delivery today in celebration of my father and mothers anniversary. Tomorrow is the 2 year anniversary of his death. Having flowers delivered today was really important to me. I get a phone call in the morning and of course Im at work.... Saying that they dont deliver there. So now theres no time to have a delivery made from someone else. The website needs to be updated so that it does not accept certain zip codes if you dont deliver. And this business should have made their wrong right today.

So friendly! Wonderful florist who also has wonderful home goods that are unique and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

RETHINK using them if youre planning a wedding.Employee was hard to reach throughout the process & calls not returned. We asked for an itemized quote more than once (as is advised) and never got one (just repeated promises that she knew what we wanted & had us covered); it took awhile to get the verbal quote.After the wedding we know why no written quote was produced.... To keep this short & avoid all of the many negative details Ill just say that all of the products and service promised verbally - was NOT delivered & what was - was not as expected.Needless to say, our family was very disappointed.

Ordered a delivery for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t send the right arrangement which was even close to what i had ordered. Majority of the flowers were drooping they were in that arrangement. I gave 2 stars because they brought a second arrangement but it was still very incorrect.

My original mothers day gift ended up being delayed and im 3 hours away. I called frantically to see about getting a arrangement and man did they deliver!

Called several times, finally answered and she told me she would call me right back. I never got a call back, so I called several more times and no one would answer. I ended up calling someone else. Just lost my business forever, including the rest of my family!!! :(

I told them I was nervous when I ordered a bouquet from out-of-state for delivery in Ironton. Was promised they would text me a photo the day it was to be delivered. Today is the day for the surprise. No photo. Called to ensure delivery was made. Was told my friends fiance took delivery. He is at work. Turns out the flowers were left outside on the sidewalk. My friend and/or guests have been home all morning.We discussed an array of colors for the bouquet. My friend just texted a thank you and included a photo of simple pink roses with some greenery and ribbon - there at least is a rhinestone decoration in the center.Due to broken promises, untruths and disappointment, wont use this florist again.Do not recommend for purchases made from out of the area.

Disappointed again! Ive done business with webers for years and the last 4 arrangements have been so skeleton for $85 on valentines day it looks as if my flowers was old left overs. My boyfriend was embarrassed to call them after i had posted my pic thanking him he actually asked me to count the roses bc its so just plain n bare looking, the more i thought bout it i called and cannot get them to answer, we r neither one doing business here again, it is a very nice staff, its just not worth the money which is sad bc i love getting flowers!

Absolutely Horrible!I placed an order for a funeral. In which they were supposed to send me a picture. That they did not send. So when I arrived at the funeral I just had to see this arrangement for the first time. The grandfather ribbon was unreadable. The flowers were to long and stuck up over 5 inches over the foliage. The vase was so big that the flowers laid down instead of sticking up. Then when I called to express my disheartenedness. I was told well we are very sorry let us know when you order again. I would never order from them again. Their crappy arrangements, and crappy customer service will intice me to tell everyone NOT to order from them, EVER!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I would rather pick something up from Krogers, and take it myself. It would look better, and more professional.

The place is high price on everything in there. Wal-Mart has better flowers armaments and they last longer

I can tell you that on my order, Weber Florist has gone “ABOVE & BEYOND” my expectations! I grew up in Ironton and now live in FL. When I placed a birthday order for flowers to be delivered to my sister in Ironton and expressed a wish to include a pumpkin pie from Frisch’s Big Boy with the order (my sister’s favorite pie), I was blown away when Katie simply said “sure, we can do that”. Talk about a home town flower shop full of warmth and caring . . . WOW.
