Guys **SEE THIS REVIEW ITS IMPORTANT**..... they are so called ACER AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER .... this is from my own experience....I went to elegant IT solution ( service center, part of microtouch) to get serviced my acer predator Helios 300 laptop...my main intention was to clean the vents and apply thermal paste which I bought personally..their laptop service charge is Rs.550 but since I gave them my own thermal paste, they reduced the price to rs.350..before giving my laptop I KNEW that both of my fans were working PERFECTLY FINE ..but after the servicing when I came home I realised one of fan is not working..it was showing 0 rpm even though I kept both fans on max rpm..I knew something was wrong...I went to them again and explained to them..they checked the laptop and I waited nearly an hour and after that they told me theres nothing they can do and need to replace fan which cost around rs.2500 ..I really knew my fan were just fine because I USED TO DAILY USE MY LAPTOP AND KEEP MY FANS ON MAX...I assumed that they replaced one of my fans to a faulty one..THIS IS WHAT THEY DO GUYS..Im speaking from my experience..they werent helpful either..AND THEY ARE AUTHORISED ACER SERVICE CENTER...this is what theyre doing to the customers...I request you to never ever visit there with your product.. theyll manipulate you and your product...if possible give 1 stars and share this to your friends and family and warn them..
