If u r providing courier service then at least give correct contact number so that people can contact.

DTDC sorting center as well as booking counter near Mohan lodge. Very good service in Telangana and Karnataka state. From hyderabad one can expect delivery in just 2 days compared to Professional courier delivery time of one week.

My package was not delivered to home address, I had to collect it from the DTDC Office. This was mostly due to current lockdown as they are allowed to deliver only medical stuff seems, and my package being huge they didnt deliver it to given address saying police will trouble them. Nevertheless, Package was in good condition. Hope this issue is temporary!

My parcel which contains medicine has come from Bengaluru to Gulbarga on 27th May at 4.30 pm. Till today its not delivered quoting delay due to lockdown. But I have received the parcels from other courier services. I tried to call officials but they didnt pick the call

The package was with Gulbarga franchise for four days and still they did not deliver to me. When I called for enquiry they asked me to pick up the package by self.Slow delivery, poor quality of service, not professional, non customer support franchise.Also the address provided in Google is incorrect.

In shipment tracking details, directly mentioning wrong address, even i didnt get any call from delivery boy and this helpline no. will connect after years, worst courier service

Utter flop service from DTDC and very delay in service.5 days since the arrival and they didnt bother to deliver in city only.This is not acceptable.No value for money taken.Bunch of unprofessional and dont no how to communicate with customers. His price is not fix in each and every branch shipping charges is different. Even they charge high price for medicine and glass items in transportation got damaged at delivery time...
