Poor quality cake supplied overnight full fungus on top .When called and complained not ready to accept and making excusesIf there was an option for 0 star I would for sure give this DUMB cake shop the stars it deserves which is 0 star. I wont recomend buying from this cake shop!!!

Worst cake ever. They deliver stale cakes. Please beware of this cake forest store. The cake was smelly and had developed cracks. That clealy implies it was an old stale cake. Very disappointed.

A good place for getting the cakes, but it is not a budget place for the quality of the cake. There was a time when there is only one bakery shop in the navalur and that is the cake forest it was heaven then for those who need bakery in their lives.But now there are multiple options for this.If we see for only cakes it makes a lot of different cakes with various cartoon faced cakes.You can also the picture printed on the cakes we have tried it for our friends birthdays.If the qualitys and the cost get better I would absolutely give it a 5.

Ordered a red color car cake.. they delivered pink color cake.. again they were saying it is red and explainingThat red willBe like that as red color will spoil the cake taste.. they should have told this at the time ofTaking the order.. at least I would have changed the color.. my son is very much upset of pink color cake now..!!

Sorry I cannot give Zero stars here, and hence giving a Single Star. Ordered 1Kg cake for Wedding anniversary they wrote Happy Birthday, WTF!!! and they covered the writing with some layers and made a crap! Other time bought Black forest and it was hard and old, returned it politely and got the money back, The Sandwich are too costly and its not at all a sandwich. YES YOU READ IT RIGHT!!! They make it in normal bread, with bad stuffs inside and call it Chicken Tikka Sandwich. The Puffs were average, Milk bread was good. Think before you visit! Thanks.

Ordered half kg butterscotch cake. It was readily available but taste was pathetic. Cake was very hard. Cream was not fresh. Avoid ordering cakes after 7 pm here.

We were a regular customer for them but inspite of that they never gave the fresh cream cake as expected and completely spoiled the celebration mood of the occassion
