Location is very good.. Availabilityof items is good.. Further items also has to be available like dmart B bazar.. Parking fees given return as complimetory..cash back offers also good

Customer service is very important and I think the security guards and the executive thinks that they own the place, and thats not gonna help the customers. I wandered for like 20 min and not even a single service exicutive helped me out... Well it is what it is other than that the place is quite well clean and has many stuff.

Grand Opening ceremony was on 31/7/19. Big place, big Discount on everything. Buy 1 Get 1 is attractive deal. Groceries are its best price. Cloth section also have good deals on daily wears. Billing counter are more in number but still get queues in weekends. Totally the ambience of the Reliance Smart is good.

The best place if you need stuff in bulk. Also good for small orders. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

What we ordered they will not bring that items costmor service is very important they will miss the items what we ordered they will collect money for all items in the list home delivery is not good

Nice place. I advise Reliance to review there product Manufacturing dates. Most of the products are about to expire.Otherwise most of the daily essentials are available.Also most staff is busy packing online orders than helping the customers. You need to maintain particular timing for packing online orders.

Centre is very good and attractive. But while paying the bills it is observed that only one person is available in each counter, no assistant nothing, the bill collectors have to take entire responsibility. It is very difficult to Handel entire video hints. Please engage one assistant at counter for immediate clearance.

Worst experience ever no customer value in this place,executive denied to permit me inside the reliance smart he says i got certain protocols to let the customers inside it seems but exactly at 1;00PM i was in front of the mall but exactly at 1:10PM Big Bazaar permitted me inside to shop my essential daily needs,and i am requesting he is not even responding me properly if i ask him he is just busy with his phone no response worst store,i request higher authority to look into this

Its started on 31st July. Initially to attract customers they have launched so many offers in all the categories. Its the biggest supermarket in Gulbarga. Rates of the cloth items are very reasonable. But now the prices of vegetables are high compared to local markets and not so fresh. There is ample space for parking of two wheelers at the entrance of mall but they have made it compulsory to park vehicles in cellar and charging Rs. 10/- as parking fee. Most of the Customers are parking vehicles here and there on roadside.

Good arena for kids but too costly during weekends

Products are good but customer service isnt good as all the lady agents are lethargic to help pack the products at the billing counter. All the vegetables and fruits are packed under heavy weight products. If we insist to pack well they answer back with odacity. Need to take action against this. They dont carefully pack their products and there are no big paper bags. Have to adjust with small ones.

Went to buy some groceries from reliance Mart and staff behave as if they are govt employees and many people with no one follow covid protocol and such a big place and only 3 counters were open manager doesnt want to make the things easy for the customers. Also charge bike/car parking I wish I can give 0 star to this place

Small in size as compared to Aurangabad and Punes Reliance SMART. but yes there are varity of products you can purchase from this Mall. Trends is also placed on 3rd floor of the mall. Their are also small shops for clothing and Electronic items. Currently mall is under construction so the food stalls are not available inside mall but in the compound of the mall you can get truck food restaurants.You can experience Virtual Reality experience in this Mall. Their are various types of children toys and playground in this Mall where you have to pay for the service.

Good choice for fresh vegetables which are sourced directly from the farms and not from APMC markets. Sourced almost daily in the morning at 7 30 am and store opens at 8 am. You will find competitive priced items of great quality and value for money. Offers are galore and well stocked and maintained store. They also have a 10% discount on SBI if ordered for home delivery.
