Not at all good...using from past 4 years but it get worst from past 8 months.. planning to change my broadband

An organisation with ZERO accountability, unprofessional employees and ZERO interest for new customer, chased them for 1 week for a new connection and they are least bothered. When contacted they said people are on LEAVE so we cannot provide the connection, and also least bothered when I said I will provide a negative review in google reviews. If this is how they treat for new connection then I wonder how they treat their existing customers.

If you want a broadband connection with govt type response then go for it, otherwise choose some other service, because its pathetic.Connection keeps dropping, download speed is ever slow, and man talk about customer support they are beyond words to describe, they only have one type of solution for every problem, just restart the damn router and that it. Poor network, No proper response from customer service

This is definitely the worst internet service i have and will ever come across in my lifetime. The only reason im continuing with this s*it is i have no other option (no mobile data 4G network has even a descent reach in my area). I face halts almost everyday for atleast 5-10 mins and sometimes more, poor customer care service and recently a payment issue where they claimed to not receive the payment even after I have shown them them the deduction from my parents account (payment done through debit card and net banking on the website ). Me being a student had online exams last month, and the irony is that, me having a purchased wifi connection goes to someone elses house (far away, having good jio network) to appear for the exams, just due to the random halts and disconnections of the service that could result in the cancellation of my exam. Damnnnn you MSB. I only wish i could rate you negative :(

The customer care service is irresponsive, they dont resolve the problem till 1 day we have to wait. I dont know if they cant manage services why they open the own company or whatever 😡

This is worst internet service provider i have ever seen, I came to Glb during lockdown and thought of taking broadband for my office work. Trust me guys I have faced problem almost everyday due to speed/service . I wish all big service provider like JIo/ACT/Airtel expand their network in Gulbarga so that i can get rid of this MSB . they should name it as slow speed internet .Jio is present in glb but they do not have coverage in my area . please do not take new connection from these people, they are unprofessional people

The worst service provider in the city very unprofessional staff no response on time..never picks call on the first go on all their numbers but they call without a fail at the time of recharge ....so slow net ..u recharge for 30mbps u get just 2.5-5.0 mbps speed never entertain the complains lodged...Better is airtel or jio 4g than this

In my opinion msb broadband provides best service because their is no lagging, speed is really excellent if you are comparing to any other service.

MSB BROADBAND IMPROVED THEIR SERVICE, NO HALT & NO LAGGING FOR COUPLE OF MONTHS, HOWEVER I ALWAYS APPRECIATE ABOUT SPEED.

This is one of the worst internet service provider in Gulbarga, first of all they are very unprofessional in attending the customers, service people are un mannered, my office is just one floor below msb office and no proper service in one week I raised 3 complaints and still waiting for internet connection to be resumed , and if we ask for new connection the waiting period is 120 days! And the reason is they cant buy 128mts fibre cable!! They are least bothered about new connections, since they cant maintain the existing customers, this is worst than bsnl, not recommended for anyone!

These people are always looking to scam you. You’ll get their call when the payment is due, but when you have an issue you are never going to get through them. The internet has never worked properly since the day I got the connection. And the people who work there are the WORST.

The cost is less. The network goes of at nights and the support is only available in next morning during working hours. The support doesnt know state language.

One of the worst broadband service I have ever encountered, and the people who Handel queries are so irresponsible that they dont even receive for days, they dont know whats costumer satisfaction and dont know anything about providing services, today is 15 the day I am not getting any speed but no one cares to solve it or respond.Guys its my personal openion for all of you , Jio is fully functional from may, so everyone apply for Jio gigafiber. I moved on to Megaspeed broadband a couple of years back. The service was fantastic. Within half hour of registering for it, the executive was at my door and inside of 3 hrs they had installed everything and my connection was up. Megaspeed Broadband, is the best network, best speed, best plans etc...

Charges are fine.. but speed is getting slow some times during night hours.

My friends! MSB is one of the Leading Company in Gulbarga, I am using MSB for past 2 years. there is no any trouble, The Good thing is low price with big plans. Internet speed is very fast, There is no disconnecting trouble, connection reliability is excellent, not only service, but customer care support is very very satisfy to me. If i unable to login immediately they send Network Engineers & rectify the issue, I do prefer msb broadband connection, I am using two connections for my office and my home.

Everything is almost gud bt wifi goes suddenly off jst if this prblm get fixed it wll b 5 stars

Please do read this before you go for MSB.I m from Hyderabad, and i have used high speed internet there. MSB is the only service i found here providing excellent speed at reasonable price.I m pretty satisfied with the service. The customer care is very co-operative, and correct any network related issues at the earliest possible.I dont know why people have given negative reviews about MSB broadband. I guess its due to their lack of technical knowledge about wifi and internet know how.All in all, you can blindly go for MSB broadband as they are the fastest network in Gulbarga.P.S. in the beginning they were a small company, but now they have developed alot, and always upgrading their servers and services providing high speed internet round the clock. Any issues a solved at the max time of 24 hours, Not more than that.

I am a student of PDA Engineering college, I am using Jio & Airtel Data Internet, & I have msb internet connection at my home, after returning of my college to home, & when i use msb broadband really i feel zeal, its superb speed, no Lagging, no buffering, excellent service, with very low price long with high speed internet, thanks alot to whole msb team.

Worst experience. It has been 3weeks, still they are not giving the connection.They are giving lame excuses n just postponing the connection request.No proper reply from them whether they can do or not....Worst experience ..
